Abstract

A sensor device is provided that does not require much time to mount a large number of strain-sensitive elements on a strain gauge and causes minimal variation in the arrangement of the mounted strain-sensitive elements. The strain gauge comprises: a film; wiring formed on a major surface of the film by film deposition; and a strain-sensitive element formed on a major surface of the film by film deposition, the strain-sensitive element being connected to the wiring.
