Abstract

Pressure sensor (1A-1C) which has the following features: a hollow liquid containment container (3), a pressure transmission fluid (6) enclosed in the fluid containment vessel (3), a membrane (4) which is attached to the fluid containment vessel (3) and is elastically deformed when it receives pressure in order to transfer the pressure to the pressure transmission fluid (6), a pressure sensing element (5) which is attached to the liquid containment vessel (3) and which detects the pressure transmitted to the pressure transmission fluid (6) and converts the detected pressure into an electrical signal, and a heat dissipation element (7) which is attached inside the liquid containment vessel (3) so that it is in contact with part of an inner wall of the liquid containment vessel (3) and the pressure transmission fluid (6).
