Abstract
Description
Technical FieldThe present disclosure relates to an injection molding machine and an injection molding system having a function of later defining a message string such as an alarm message or a self-diagnostic message.Prior ArtInjection molding machines are devices that can produce molded plastic parts through basic operations such as clamping, injection, pressure holding, measuring, cooling, mold opening, ejecting, etc. Injection molding machines are provided with functions that display an alarm message upon occurrence of a failure state in a mechanism or the like constituting the injection molding machine, and stop the mechanism or the like as needed. Some injection molding machines are equipped with a function that displays the cause of the malfunction as a self-diagnostic message or a function that allows the user to adjust the display as needed (e.g., Patent Literature 1).List of Citer ListsPatent Literature[Patent Literature 1] Japanese translation of the publication of PCT Patent Application No. 2004-503039SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONProblem to be Solved by the InventionGenerally, an injection molding machine is used by constructing an injection molding system together with peripheral devices such as a mold temperature controller, a resin dryer, a hot runner controller, and a molding take-out robot. Some of these peripheral devices are provided with a display device and have a function of displaying a message string such as an alarm when an abnormal situation occurs. Although the injection molding machine has a function of displaying a message character string predefined in the injection molding machine, it has no function of defining a message character string at any time to the user after delivery by the manufacturer. Therefore, for example, a message character string displayed on a display device of a peripheral device cannot be displayed on the injection molding machine. Therefore, when an abnormality occurs in the injection molding system, the operator needs to check the display device provided in the injection molding machine, the display devices provided in the peripheral devices, and the like to determine where the abnormality has occurred, which requires much labor. Therefore, a technique for later defining a message character string for an injection molding machine so that a message displayed on a display device provided in a peripheral device can be displayed on a display device provided in the injection molding machine is desirable.Solution to the ProblemAn injection molding machine according to the present disclosure includes a storage unit for storing a first message string related to an operation state of the injection molding machine, a receiving unit for receiving a second message string related to an injection molding process, and a display unit for displaying a list of the first message string corresponding to the operation state of the injection molding machine and the second message string corresponding to the injection molding process.Brief Description of the DrawingsFIG. 1 shows an example of an injection molding system including an injection molding machine according to the present embodiment. In the following description, constituent elements having substantially the same function and configuration will be denoted by the same reference numeral, and repeated descriptions will be given only as needed. In general, an injection molding machine has a function of displaying an alarm message, a self-diagnosis message, or the like on a display device of the injection molding machine when an abnormality is detected in the injection molding machine or when a failure or the like is detected by self-diagnosis. Similarly, a peripheral device connected to the injection molding machine has a function of displaying an alarm message, a self-diagnosis message, or the like on a display device of the peripheral device when an abnormality is detected in the peripheral device or when a failure or the like is detected by self-diagnosis.A feature of the injection molding machine according to the present embodiment is that it has a function of defining a message character string for the injection molding machine to be displayed on the display device of the injection molding machine after shipment by the manufacturer. By defining an arbitrary message character string for the injection molding machine later using this function, a message character string that could not be displayed at the time of delivery from the manufacturer, such as a message character string to be displayed on a peripheral device, can be displayed on the injection molding machine. Thereby, the display device of the injection molding machine can display a list of message character strings corresponding to the contents of anomalies occurring in the peripheral devices connected to the injection molding machine and the self-diagnostic results together. Further, message character strings related to components of the injection molding machine such as a servomotor and an ejector mechanism, which are not defined in advance in the injection molding machine, can be defined later, whereby it is possible to flexibly respond to later attachment of a component to the injection molding machine and improve the extensibility of the injection molding machine. The function of later defining a message string for the injection molding machine is clearly different from the function of matching a message string previously stored in the injection molding machine. Typically, the injection molding machine according to the present embodiment is configured as follows.Note that, in the present embodiment, a message string relating to the operation state of the injection molding machine is referred to as a first message string, a definition file defining the first message string is referred to as a first definition file, and a message number which is identification information unique to the first message string is referred to as a first message number. Further, a message string relating to the injection molding process is referred to as a second message string, a definition file defining the second message string is referred to as a second definition file, and a message number which is identification information unique to the second message string is referred to as a second message number. These terms are used as needed. The first message string relating to the operation state of the injection molding machine is a message string previously defined in the injection molding machine, and includes, for example, a message string relating to the success or malfunction of the operation of the injection molding machine, a message string relating to various setting conditions of the injection molding machine, and a message string relating to the state of a component constituting the injection molding machine. The second message character string related to the injection molding process is a message character string defined later for the injection molding machine, and is typically a message character string related to the operation state of a peripheral device connected to the injection molding machine. However, the second message string related to the injection molding is not limited to those related to the operation state of a peripheral device, but may be any message string related to the injection molding and not defined in advance. Note that the message string defined later for the injection molding machine is a message string defined for the injection molding machine based on a user operation at any time and is clearly different from a message string previously stored in the injection molding machine. In the present embodiment, an example in which a message character string related to a peripheral device is later defined as a second message character string for the injection molding machine will be described. However, the present embodiment may also be applied to a case where a message string relating to a component or the like of the injection molding machine is later defined as a second message string. In the present embodiment, a message number is used as identification information for identifying a message string, but as long as the message string can be identified, the identification information is not limited to the message number, and a name of the message string, a message ID, or the like can be used.FIG. 1 shows a configuration of an injection molding system 1 including an injection molding machine 2 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the injection molding system 1 includes a management server 9. a plurality of injection molding machines 2 are connected to the management server 9 via a communication line 100 such as the Internet. A peripheral device 8 is connected to the injection molding machine 2 via a line or wirelessly. The injection molding system 1 includes, as peripheral devices 8, a robot device (molding removal robot) 8 afor removing a molding from the injection molding machine 2 and conveying the molding to a predetermined position, a temperature controller 8 bfor adjusting the temperature of a mold, and a resin dryer 8 cfor drying a molding material. The peripheral device 8 is not limited to this, and may be various devices used together with the injection molding machine 2, such as a resin supply device and a device for removing burrs from a molded part. Although the peripheral device 8 is shown as a separate body from the injection molding machine 2 in the present embodiment, some or all of the mechanisms and functions of the peripheral device 8 may be integrated with the injection molding machine 2.As shown in FIG. 2, the injection molding machine 2 includes a controller in which hardware such as an operation device 12, a display device 13, a communication device 14, and a storage device 15 is connected to a processor 11 such as a CPU. Typically, control is provided by an information processing device such as a PC.The operation device 12 is provided with a keyboard, a mouse, a jog switch, or the like. The operation device 12 may be provided by a touch panel also serving as the display device 13. The user can input various kinds of information to the injection molding machine 2 via the operation device 12. The display device 13 is provided with an LCD or the like. On the display device 13, a management screen or the like of the injection molding machine 2 is displayed. The communication device 14 controls transmission and reception of data to and from the robot device 8 a, the temperature controller 8 b, the resin dryer 8 c, and the management server 9. The storage device 15 stores a control program for comprehensively controlling the injection molding machine 2. the control program includes a sequence program 300 for controlling the operation of the injection molding machine 2 and a display program 400 for controlling the display of the injection molding machine 2.When the control program (sequence program 300, display program 400) stored in the storage device 15 is executed by the processor 11, the injection molding machine 2 functions as an input unit (receiving unit) 22, a display unit 23, a transmission / receiving unit 24, a storage unit 25, an operation control unit 31, an abnormality detection unit 32, a diagnostic unit 33, a first message number identification unit 34, a display request unit 35, a first message string identification unit 41, a second message string identification unit 42, a screen generation unit 43, and a display control unit 44. The functions related to the first message string identification unit 41, the second message string identification unit 42, the screen generation unit 43, and the display control unit 44 are the main functions of the display program 400.The input unit 22 is an interface for directly inputting a user operation to the injection molding machine 2. in the present embodiment, the input unit 22 inputs a user operation to the injection molding machine 2 via the operation device 12. Specifically, a second definition file (message character string definition file for a peripheral device) is generated by a user operation via the operation device 12.Fig. 4 shows an example of the second definition file. The second definition file is a data file for defining a second message string for the injection molding machine 2, so that a second message string such as an alarm message or a self-diagnostic message can be displayed to the peripheral device 8 on the injection molding machine 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the second definition file is provided as a text file. For example, a second message string is defined for each line of the text file. The second message string is written into a text file together with device identification information and a second message number according to a predetermined rule. The device identification information is information for identifying the peripheral device 8 from which the second message string is generated, and is provided by, for example, a device name of the peripheral device 8 or an ID assigned to the peripheral device 8. The second message number identifies a second message string and also identifies an attribute of the second message string. For example, if a second message number includes the prefix "alm", a second message string corresponding to the second message number represents an alarm message, and if a second message number includes the prefix "dgn", a second message string corresponding to the second message number represents a self-diagnostic message. In the present embodiment, the second message string is defined together with a device identification information and a second message number, but the device identification information may be omitted when the second message string can be identified. Instead of the device identification information, a program name of the second display program described later may be written. In this case, the second message character string can be displayed only when the second display program exists and is in operation.Referring back to FIG. 3, the transmitting / receiving unit 24 is an interface for transmitting and receiving data to and from a device connected thereto via cable or wirelessly. In the present embodiment, the transmission / reception unit 24 transmits and receives data to and from the peripheral device 8 and the management server 9 via the communication device 14 shown in FIG. 2. the display unit 23 has the display device 13 shown in FIG. 2, and displays the management screen generated by the screen generation unit 43 according to the control of the display control unit 44.The storage unit 25 corresponds to the storage device 15 shown in FIG. 2, and the storage unit 25 stores the first definition file (message string definition file for the injection molding machine) and a second definition file (message string definition file for the peripheral device). The first definition file is a file that the injection molding machine 2 has at the time of delivery by the manufacturer. On the other hand, the second definition file is a file that the injection molding machine 2 does not have at the time of delivery by the manufacturer, but is generated by the user after delivery. The second definition file is stored in a predetermined folder. The storage unit 25 also stores a message history database. In the message history database, the first and second message strings displayed on the display unit 23 are recorded in association with the times at which the first and second message strings were generated or time information corresponding to these times. The storage unit 25 also stores a screen template of the management screen displayed on the display unit 23.The operation control unit 31 controls the operation of the injection molding machine 2 according to a predetermined operation sequence. The abnormality detection unit 32 detects occurrence of an abnormality in the injection molding machine 2 using a known abnormality detection method. For example, the abnormality detection unit 32 detects occurrence of an abnormality by comparing the output data of a sensor provided in the injection molding machine 2 or a value derived from the output data with a preset threshold value. The diagnostic unit 33 diagnoses the injection molding machine 2 based on a preset diagnostic program. The first message number identification unit 34 identifies a first message number corresponding to the content of the abnormality detected by the abnormality detection unit 32 or the diagnosis result of the diagnosis unit 33. The display request unit 35 transmits the first message number identified by the first message number identification unit 34 to the display program 400 together with a display request. The first message string identification unit 41 searches the first definition file using the first message number received from the sequence program 300 and identifies a first message string. The second message string identification unit 42 searches the second definition file stored in a predetermined folder using the second message number received from the peripheral device 8 via the transmission / reception unit 24, and identifies a second message string. The screen generation unit 43 uses a screen of the management screen stored in the storage unit 25 to generate a management screen in which the first and second message strings are written in a predetermined display area. The display control unit 44 causes the display unit 23 to display the management screen generated by the screen generation unit 43 according to a preset display mode.Next, with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6, the flow of processing from detection of an abnormality in the peripheral device 8 to display an alarm message corresponding to the abnormality on the management screen of the injection molding machine 2 will be described. FIG. 5 shows an example of the flow of the display process of an alarm message of the peripheral device 8 by the injection molding machine 2 according to the present embodiment.FIG. 6 shows an example of the management screen 50 displayed on the injection molding machine 2 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, the management screen 50 includes a display area 50 afor displaying setting information and information regarding the operation state of the injection molding machine 2, a display area 50 bfor displaying alarm messages, and a display area 50 cfor displaying self-diagnosis messages. The alarm message display portion 50 bdisplays not only an alarm message related to the content of an abnormality that has occurred in the injection molding machine 2 but also an alarm message related to the content of an abnormality that has occurred in the peripheral device 8. Similarly, the self-diagnosis message display portion 50 cdisplays not only a self-diagnosis message related to the self-diagnosis result of the injection molding machine 2 but also a self-diagnosis message related to the self-diagnosis result of the peripheral device 8. Also, by clicking a tab 50d of the message history included in the management screen 50, the history of the message character strings displayed in the past is displayed together with date and time information. As shown in FIG. 5, when an abnormality occurs in the peripheral device 8, the injection molding machine 2 receives alarm information from the peripheral device 8 (S 11). The alarm information includes at least a second message number corresponding to the content of the abnormality that has occurred. The injection molding machine 2 acquires device identification information for identifying the peripheral device 8 based on the communication link setting of the peripheral device 8 in the injection molding machine 2, and records time information based on clock information possessed by the injection molding machine 2 (S 12). Then, the second definition file is searched using the device identification information and the second message number (S 13), and a second message string is identified (S 14). For example, the second definition file shown in FIG. 4 is searched using the device identification information "temperature control" and the second message number "alm4201", and the second message string "4201 temperature is higher than upper limit" is identified as an alarm message. The injection molding machine 2 then records the identified second message string, the device identification information, and the time information in a message string database in association with each other (S 15), generates a management screen 50 in which the identified second message string is written as an alarm message in the alarm message display area 50 b(S 16), and updates the management screen 50 currently displayed on the display device 13 (S 17). As a result of the process of step S 17, as shown in the alarm message display area 50 bof the management screen 50 in FIG. 6, a list of the alarm message "026 back OT alarm" of the injection molding machine 2 and the alarm message "4201 temperature is higher than the upper limit" of the peripheral device 8 identified in step S 14 is displayed. Here, the first message string related to the injection molding machine 2 and the second message string related to the peripheral device 8 are displayed in the same display area of the management screen 50, but may be displayed in different display areas of the management screen or in the same pop-up screen.According to the above-described injection molding machine 2 of the present embodiment, the second message character string related to the peripheral device 8 connected to the injection molding machine 2 can be defined later in the injection molding machine 2. Thereby, messages related to devices constituting the injection molding system 1 can be collected in the injection molding machine 2 and displayed in a list on the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2. The operator and the maintenance worker of the injection molding system 1 can confirm the alarm message and the self-diagnosis message of the injection molding machine 2 and the peripheral device 8 only by searching the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2, and can efficiently grasp the content of the abnormality and the self-diagnosis result and perform more appropriate operation and maintenance work without having to spend time and effort for viewing the display devices of the peripheral devices.Note that the first message string related to the injection molding machine 2 and the second message string related to the peripheral device 8 displayed on the management screen 50 may be displayed separately. For example, in order to distinguish the alarm message of the injection molding machine 2 from the alarm message of the peripheral device 8, as shown in FIG. 7, the alarm message "4201 temperature is higher than upper limit" of the peripheral device 8 is displayed with the prefix "EX". Thereby, when displaying the alarm message, the user can immediately recognize that the device in which the abnormality has occurred is the injection molding machine 2 or the peripheral device 8, and the time required to remedy the abnormality can be shortened. Of course, not only is it possible to distinguish between the first message string relating to the injection molding machine 2 and the second message string relating to the peripheral device 8 displayed on the management screen 50, but it is also possible to add, for example, different prefixes to the second message string for the respective peripheral devices 8 or add device identification information or a peripheral device name to the second message string, so that the type of the peripheral device 8 in which the abnormality has occurred can be recognized. Accordingly, when displaying the alarm message, it is possible to detect the device in which the abnormality has occurred and further shorten the time until the abnormality is cleared. Here, a method of adding a character string such as a prefix is used as a method of discriminating messages, but known methods such as changing the color, size, kind or display method of the font may also be used.In the present embodiment, the second definition file is generated by the user writing the device identification information, the second message number, and the second message string into a text file according to a predetermined rule. However, the method of defining a second message character string for a peripheral device in the injection molding machine 2 is not limited thereto. For example, a reception screen for receiving a second message character string may be displayed on the injection molding machine 2, and the received second message character string may be defined on the reception screen. FIG. 8 shows an example of a reception screen for receiving a second message string. As shown in FIG. 8, the reception screen 60 is configured such that alarm messages and self-diagnosis message character strings can be registered individually. An input field for inputting an alarm message is connected to an alarm number unique to the alarm message, and an input field for inputting a self-diagnosis message is connected to a self-diagnosis number unique to the self-diagnosis message. The alarm number and the self-diagnosis number displayed on the reception screen 60 are associated with second message numbers inside the injection molding machine 2. Therefore, the user can define a second message character string together with a second message number in the injection molding machine 2 only by inputting the second message character string into the input field and registering it. As shown in FIG. 4, this contributes to saving time and trouble to the user, compared with the case where the device identification information, the second message string, and the second message string are input according to a predetermined rule.In the present embodiment, a second definition file in which the device identification information, the second message number, and the second message string are associated with each other is generated and stored in a predetermined folder of the injection molding machine 2. For example, when an abnormality occurs, a second message number received from the peripheral device 8 is used to search the second definition file stored in the predetermined folder, thereby identifying a second message string and displaying it as an alarm message on the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2. However, the injection molding machine 2 does not necessarily need to have the second definition file for defining the second message string as long as the second message string related to the peripheral device 8 can be displayed on the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2.Another method of displaying the second message character string related to the peripheral device 8 on the injection molding machine 2 will be described below with reference to FIGS. 9 and 10. As shown in FIG. 9, when an abnormality occurs in the peripheral device 8, the injection molding machine 2 receives alarm information from the peripheral device 8 (S 21). This alarm information includes an alarm ID and a character string. The injection molding machine 2 acquires device identification information for identifying the peripheral device 8 and a control channel based on the communication link setting of the peripheral device 8 in the injection molding machine 2, and records time information corresponding to the time at which the abnormality is detected based on clock information possessed by the injection molding machine 2 (S 22). Note that the alarm information may include the importance of the alarm. In this case, when a plurality of anomalies occur in the same device and on the same control channel, a message string with the highest priority may be displayed according to the importance of the alarm. The injection molding machine 2 generates a second message character string using device identification information, a control channel, an alarm ID, and a character string (S 23). For example, the second message string "MOLD1 TCD1-E151 flow too low" is generated using the device identification information "MOLD1", the control channel "TCD1", the alarm ID "E151", and the string "flow too low". The injection molding machine 2 then records the generated second message string, the device identification information, and the time information in the message recording database in association with each other (S 24), generates a management screen in which the generated second message string is written as an alarm message in the alarm message display area (S 25), and updates the management screen currently displayed on the display device 13 (S 26). As a result of the process of step S 26, as shown in the alarm message display area 51 bof the management screen 51 in FIG. 10, the alarm message "MOLD1 TCD1-E 151 Durchfluss too low" of the peripheral device 8 generated in step S 23 is displayed together with the alarm message "026 Mold Height Reverse OT Alarm" of the injection molding machine 2.As described above, even when the injection molding machine 2 does not have the second definition file, the second message character strings related to the peripheral devices 8 connected to the injection molding machine 2 can be collected in the injection molding machine 2 and displayed in a list on the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2, as in the present embodiment. According to this method, it is only necessary to prepare a program for generating the second message string using the received alarm information, and since it is not necessary to generate the second definition file, it is possible to remarkably save the operator's time and labor and reduce the use of the memory of the injection molding machine 2. This effect is greater the more peripheral devices 8 are connected to the injection molding machine 2. In addition, by displaying not only the character string received from the peripheral device 8 but also the device identification information, the user can promptly grasp which peripheral device 8 the abnormality has occurred in, and by displaying the alarm ID together with the character string, the content of the abnormality can be promptly checked from the alarm ID, and the time required to remedy the abnormality can be shortened. The configuration of the injection molding machine 2 is not limited to the present embodiment as long as the second message string related to the peripheral device 8 can be displayed on the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2. As shown in FIG. 11, a sequence program (another sequence program) 500 for controlling the operation of the peripheral device 8 and a display program (another display program) 600 for controlling the display of the peripheral device 8 may be installed later in the injection molding machine 2. The display program 600 of the peripheral device 8 has a second definition file related to the peripheral device 8. That is, when the display program 600 is installed in the injection molding machine 2, the second definition file for the injection molding machine 2 is defined. In FIG. 11, a sequence program for controlling the operation of the injection molding machine 2 and a display program for controlling the display of the injection molding machine 2 are referred to as a first sequence program 300 and a first display program 400, respectively, and a sequence program for controlling the operation of the peripheral device 8 and a display program for controlling the display of the peripheral device 8 are referred to as a second sequence program 500 and a second display program 600, respectively. As shown in FIG. 11, a second message string related to the peripheral device 8 is provided in advance from the second display program 600 to the first display program 400 together with identification information for identifying the message. Thus, the first display program 400 holds the second message string related to the peripheral device 8 together with the identification information. The output data of a sensor provided in the peripheral device 8 is input to the second sequence program 500. The second sequence program 500 monitors the occurrence of an abnormality based on the output data. When an abnormality of the peripheral device 8 is detected by the second sequence program 500, the second sequence program 500 sends a message display request to the first sequence program 300 together with identification information of a message corresponding to the content of the detected abnormality. The first sequence program 300 sends the display request input from the second sequence program 500 to the first display program 400. The first display program 400 searches for messages previously received from the second display program 600 using the identification information input from the first sequence program 300 and identifies a message associated with the identification information. Then, the first display program 400 displays the identified message on the display device 13.According to the configuration of the injection molding machine 2 shown in FIG. 11, the same effect as that of the present embodiment can be obtained. Since the first sequence program 300 manages all message display requests, a message having an arbitrary character string can be displayed at an arbitrary time by the second sequence program 500 by storing only the definition file of the message character string in a predetermined folder and installing the second sequence program 500. It is not necessary to modify the first sequence program 300 and the first display program 400, and it is possible to flexibly respond to adding or changing arbitrary messages. In the injection molding machine 2 shown in FIG. 11, the first display program 400 causes the display device 13 to display the message received from the second display program 600. However, as shown in FIG. 12, the first display program 400 may be configured to cause the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2 to display a message related to the injection molding machine 2 in response to a display request from the first sequence program 300, and the second display program 600 may be configured to cause the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2 to display a message related to the peripheral device 8 in response to a display request from the second sequence program 500. At this time, as shown in FIG. 13, an integrated screen 53 obtained by integrating a screen 53 agenerated by the first display program 400 and a screen 53 bgenerated by the second display program 600 into one screen is displayed on the display device 13 of the injection molding machine 2. The display control of the integrated screen 53 is performed by the first display program 400, the display layout of the integrated screen is generated by the first display program 400, and a partial area of the display layout is assigned as a display area of the second display program 600. According to this configuration, it is only necessary to prepare a program for integrating the screen 53 agenerated by the first display program 400 and the screen 53 bgenerated by the second display program 600 and output them as a screen, and it is not necessary to modify the first sequence program 300 and the first display program 400, thereby making it possible to flexibly respond to the addition or change of arbitrary messages. In particular, since the second display program 600 is defined later by the user and can be generated according to the user's preferences, the degree of freedom of display can be improved compared to the case where display can be performed only in an area defined by the existing first display program 400. Further, for example, by installing the second display program corresponding to the peripheral devices 8 such as the robot device 8 a, the temperature controller 8 b, and the resin dryer 8 cin the injection molding machine 8, the screens of the peripheral devices 8 can be switched by operations of the tabs 53 d, 53 e, and 53 f, respectively. As described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12, the second message character string related to the peripheral device 8 may be displayed by the first display program 400 or the second display program 600 according to the control of the second sequence program (another sequence program) 500. However, in order to further improve the degree of freedom of display, whether to display by the first display program 400 or the second display program 600 or by both may be determined by the user's selection. For example, as shown in FIG. 14, the injection molding machine 2 is configured to have a configuration obtained by integrating the configuration described in FIG. 11 and the configuration described in FIG. 12. For example, the second message character string may be displayed on both the screen 53 agenerated by the first display program 400 and the screen 53 bgenerated by the second display program 600 shown in FIG. 13.The contents displayed on the injection molding machine 2 according to the present embodiment may also be displayed on the management server 9 that manages the injection molding machine 2. The management server 9 receives the operation status of the injection molding machine 2, the history information, and the molding data from the injection molding machine 2, and displays a history screen that combines the operation status, the history information, and the molding data on one screen.FIG. 15 shows an example of the history screen displayed on the management server 9. The history screen 70 includes an area 70a for displaying information related to a change in the operation status, an area 70b for displaying the history information, and an area 70c for displaying the casting data. The injection molding machine 2 to be displayed can be switched by a user operation on the history screen 70. In the operating state change information display area 70 a, the operating time and the stop time information of the injection molding machine 2 are displayed. In the history information display area 70 b, a history of messages related to the injection molding machine 2, messages related to the peripheral device 8, operation information for the injection molding machine 2, change information of molding conditions stored in the injection molding machine 2, and the like are displayed as history information. The molding data display portion 70 cdisplays information on the molding conditions of the injection molding machine 2, such as molding date and time for each cycle, cycle time, injection time, measurement time, peak injection pressure, and measurement torque.By viewing the history screen 70 displayed on the management server 9, the administrator who manages the entire injection molding machine 2 can collectively check the molding data together with the history of the messages generated in the injection molding machine 2 and the peripheral device 8 connected thereto, the change history of the molding conditions, and the operation history of the injection molding machine 2. By acquiring the date and time at which a message is generated, the time at which the molding conditions have been changed, and the time at which an operation has been performed on the injection molding machine 2, the administrator can take care of checking the molded parts manufactured at this time, confirming the molding data, and the like, and can reduce the possibility of overlooking the presence or absence of an abnormality on the molded parts, thereby contributing to improvement in the quality of the molded parts.Since the management server 9 can receive the message of each peripheral device 8 connected to the injection molding machine 2 through its connection to the injection molding machine 2, the management server 9 is not required to be connected to each peripheral device 8, thereby eliminating complicated works such as setting the connection of each peripheral device 8.The following attachments will be explained in more detail with respect to the present embodiments and modifications.(Appendix 1)An injection molding machine 2 connected to a peripheral device 8 includes a storage unit 25 for storing a first message string relating to an operation state of the injection molding machine 2, a receiving unit 22 for receiving a second message string relating to an injection molding operation, and a display unit 23 for displaying a list of the first message string corresponding to the operation state of the injection molding machine 2 and the second message string corresponding to the injection molding operation.(Appendix 2)The display unit 23 described in Appendix 1 displays the list of the first message string and the second message string on the same screen, the same screen area, or the same pop-up screen.(Appendix 3)The second message string described in Appendix 1 or Appendix 2 is written together with a message number unique to the second message string according to a predetermined rule and stored as a text file.(Appendix 4)The display unit 23 described in Appendix 1 or Appendix 2 displays a reception screen in which an input field and a number are associated with each other, and the reception unit 22 receives a message string input to the input field of the reception screen as a second message string, and the received second message string is stored together with the number.(Appendix 5)The receiving unit 22 described in Appendix 1 or Appendix 2 receives the second message string from the peripheral device 8.(Appendix 6)A display timing of the first message string described in any one of the tags 1 to 5 is controlled by a sequence program 300 for operation control of the injection molding machine 2, and a display timing of the second message string is controlled by another sequence program 500.(Appendix 7)The second message string described in Appendix 6 is received from another display program 600.(Appendix 8)The second message string described in Appendix 6 is displayed by another display program in response to a display request from another sequence program.(Appendix 9)The second message string described in any one of the attachments 1 to 8 is displayed so as to be distinguishable from the first message string.(Appendix 10)The second message string displayed on the display unit 23 described in any one of the attachments 1 to 9 is stored in common history data together with the first message string displayed on the display unit 23.(Appendix 11)In an injection molding system 1 including an injection molding machine 2 described in any one of the hangers 1 to 10 and an information processing device 9 connected to the injection molding machine 2, the injection molding machine 2 further includes a transmission unit 24 for transmitting the first message string and the second message string displayed on a display unit 23 to the information processing device 9, and the information processing device 9 includes a receiving unit for receiving the first message string and the second message string from the injection molding machine 2, a storage unit for storing the received first message string and the second message string, and a display unit for displaying the received first message string and the second message string.Although embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail, the present disclosure is not limited to the individual embodiments described above.
