Abstract

The present invention relates to a rotor shaft for a motor, wherein the rotor shaft comprises a shaft assembly and a friction assembly. The shaft assembly comprises a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft being partially inserted into a hollow shaft cavity of the first rotating shaft. The friction assembly comprises a first friction disc, a second friction disc, and an elastic element. The first friction disc is rotationally fixed to the first rotating shaft, and the second friction disc is rotationally fixed to the second rotating shaft. The first and second friction discs are mounted on the second rotating shaft and are located outside the hollow shaft cavity. The elastic element is configured to allow the first friction disc to bear against the second friction disc, enabling the first and second friction discs to transmit a torque between them by friction. A motor is also provided.
