CORRECTION SYSTEM

Abstract

A correction system comprises a first imaging device, a second imaging device, and a server. The first imaging device comprises a first imaging unit that acquires object images of an object using a pair of imaging elements, each object image being formed by a pair of imaging optical systems; and a first computing device that extracts initial information from an imaging result of the first imaging unit, including object size, position, time at which the object is imaged, and the position of the first imaging unit at the time the object is imaged, and transmits this initial information to the server.The second imaging device comprises a second imaging unit that acquires subject images of a subject using a pair of imaging elements, the subject images being formed by a pair of imaging optical systems; and a second computing device that acquires second information from an imaging result of the second imaging unit, receives the first information stored in the memory unit from the server, compares the first information with the second information, and performs an optical axis correction control of the second imaging unit based on a comparison result.
