Abstract

The present embodiment discloses a capillary electrophoresis device capable of performing filling with a polymer solution within a practical time using a highly viscous polymer solution for DNA sequencing and DNA fragment analysis, pressure injection of a sample, and pressurization at both ends during electrophoresis by providing an air-type pressurization mechanism at a sample injection end and a piston-type pressurization mechanism and an air-type pressurization mechanism at a sample elution end.
