A work guidance device comprises a detection section and a guidance section. The detection section is configured to detect the operating state of a conveyor designed to transport a device used in a printed circuit board (PCB) processing machine, which is designed to perform predefined PCB processing operations on a PCB to manufacture a product PCB. The guidance section is configured to provide instructions to a worker performing work on the conveyor, based on the operating state of the conveyor detected by the detection section.
