[0055] It should be noted that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "back", "left", "right", "inside", "outside" and similar expressions used in this application are for illustrative purposes only and are not restrictive.
[0056] The present application discloses a charging base and a microphone.
[0057] Now, exemplary embodiments according to the present application will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0058] As shown in FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 , FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , in a preferred embodiment, the charging base 200 includes a housing 220 and a limiting ring 210 .
[0059] The top of the housing 220 is provided with an entrance 220A, which is suitable for plugging in the microphone 100 to be charged. The microphone 100 to be charged enters and exits the housing 220 through the entrance 220A.
[0060] The limiting ring 210 is arranged at the entrance and exit 220A of the shell 220. The internal shape of the limiting ring 210 is adapted to the microphone 100 to be charged. The inner side of the limiting ring 210 is provided with multiple protrusions 212. The protrusions 212 protrude toward the center of the limiting ring 210. The protrusions 212 are constructed to be able to elastically deform when subjected to force.
[0061] The charging base 200 in this embodiment sets a limiting ring 210 at the entrance and exit 220A of the charging base 200. When the microphone 100 is inserted into the charging base 200, it is also located in the limiting ring 210 (as shown in Figure 2). The limiting ring 210 can constitute an elastic limit for the microphone 100. During the driving process of the vehicle, due to the elastic limiting effect of the limiting ring 210, the microphone 100 does not shake, jump, or make noise in the charging base 200, and the charging stability is high. The structural design of the charging base 200 has a strong tolerance capability, which can reduce the requirements for manufacturing precision. The microphone is easy to take and put, which significantly improves the user experience.
[0062] By setting the limit ring 210 at the entrance and exit 220A of the charging base 200, the resistance of the cavity 221A of the charging base 200 to the falling of the microphone 100 can also be reduced, ensuring that the microphone 100 falls smoothly. After the microphone 100 is placed in the cavity 221A of the charging base 200, the microphone 100 can reach the bottom of the charging base 200 and start charging solely by relying on the gravity of the microphone 100, without the need to apply additional force to press the microphone 100.
[0063] As shown in FIG. 2 , FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , the limiting ring 210 includes a ring body 211 , a plurality of protrusions 212 and a plurality of connection portions 213 .
[0064] The inner shape of the ring body 211 is adapted to the microphone 100 to be charged. For example, if the handle 120 of the microphone 100 is circular, the inner shape of the ring body 211 is also designed to be correspondingly circular; if the handle 120 of the microphone 100 is rectangular, the inner shape of the ring body 211 is also designed to be correspondingly rectangular.
[0065] The raised portion 212 is disposed on the inner side of the ring body 211 and protrudes toward the center of the ring body 211. The raised portion 212 is elastically deformable when subjected to force. Multiple raised portions 212 are evenly distributed within the ring body 211, for example, at equal intervals along the circumference of the ring body 211. When the microphone 100 is inserted into the ring body 211, pressure is applied to the raised portions 212, causing them to elastically deform. When the microphone 100 is removed from the ring body 211, the raised portions 212 return to their original, unloaded state.
[0066] The connecting portion 213 is provided on the bottom end surface of the ring body 211 and protrudes axially along the ring body 211. The connecting portion 213 is used to connect externally to fix the limiting ring 210. A plurality of connecting portions 213 are evenly distributed on the bottom end surface of the ring body 211, for example, distributed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the ring body 211.
[0067] The limiting ring 210 is provided at the entrance and exit of the housing 220 of the charging base 200 , and the connecting portion 213 is used to connect to the housing 220 .
[0068] In the present application, the microphone 100 is inserted into the limiting ring 210. The raised portion 212 of the limiting ring 210 can form an elastic limit for the handle 120 of the microphone 100, and the raised portion 212 is in elastic contact with the microphone 100. If the microphone 100 tends to shake or jump, the raised portion 212 will generate frictional resistance on the handle 120 of the microphone 100, thereby preventing the microphone 100 from shaking or jumping.
[0069] For example, the limiting ring 210 is integrally formed with the housing 220 by injection molding, so that the limiting ring 210 and the housing 220 are tightly fixed together.
[0070] For example, the contact portion between the raised portion 212 and the microphone 100 is arc-shaped, with the center of the arc being the center of the microphone 100. Ideally, the raised portion 212 is in linear contact with the surface of the microphone 100 to prevent large friction from hindering the normal movement of the microphone 100.
[0071] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 , preferably, the inner edge of the top of the ring body 211 is configured as a rounded corner, and the rounded corner transitions all the way to the top of the raised portion 212 .
[0072] Because the inner size of the ring body 211 is close to the size of the handle 120 of the microphone 100 , the rounded corners make it easier for the microphone 100 to enter the inner portion of the ring body 211 .
[0073] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the raised portion 212 has a tail portion 212A and an end portion 212B arranged in opposite directions along the radial direction of the retaining ring 210. The tail portion 212A of the raised portion 212 is connected to the ring body 211. The end portion 212B of the raised portion 212 is inclined toward the bottom of the ring body 211 (the bottom of the retaining ring 210), and the thickness of the raised portion 212 gradually decreases from the tail portion 212A to the end portion 212B. The thickness of the raised portion 212 can be understood as the dimension of the raised portion 212 along the axial direction of the retaining ring 210.
[0074] When the protrusion 212 is not subjected to force, the end 212B of the protrusion 212 will tilt toward the bottom of the ring body 211. This is the original state of the protrusion 212 when it is not subjected to force. With this design, it is more convenient for the microphone 100 to enter the interior of the ring body 211.
[0075] The end 212B of the raised portion 212 is tilted toward the bottom of the ring body 211, causing the raised portion 212 to bend toward the direction of the microphone 100's fall, forming a certain angle. Different bending angles produce different frictional forces. By adjusting the bending angle of the raised portion 212, the desired frictional force can be achieved to match microphones 100 of different shapes, weights, and surface treatments.
[0076] The raised portion 212 and the microphone 100 can be considered to have an interference fit. The amount of interference fit is determined by calculating the friction required to generate the deformation of the raised portion 212. By analyzing the relationship between the deformation of the raised portion 212 and the friction, a suitable raised portion 212 structure is designed to ensure a smooth descent of the microphone 100 while providing the required friction, thereby reducing the impact of the microphone 100 on the charging base 200 and thus reducing noise.
[0077] Along the radial direction of the limiting ring 210, a certain gap is reserved between the protrusion 212 and the connecting portion 213. The gap is used to accommodate the top side wall of the shell 220 and the deformation of the protrusion 212 after being compressed. The gap must be no less than the sum of the thickness of the top side wall of the shell 220 and the deformation of the protrusion 212 after being compressed.
[0078] The protrusion 212 has a strong structural tolerance capability and can absorb a certain manufacturing tolerance through deformation, thus having good manufacturing feasibility and relatively low cost.
[0079] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the connecting portion 213 is preferably in the shape of an arc plate. Because the outer shell 220 of the charging base 200 is circular, the connecting portion 213 is designed to be consistent with the outer shell 220. When the retaining ring 210 is installed on the outer shell 220, the connecting portion 213 is coordinated with the outer shell 220 and can remain flush with the outer surface of the outer shell 220.
[0080] The connecting portion 213 includes a tail portion 213A and an end portion 213B, which are arranged in opposite directions along the axial direction of the retaining ring 210. The tail portion 213A of the connecting portion 213 is connected to the ring body 211. The connecting portion 213 has a uniform width from the tail portion 213A to the end portion 213B, or the width gradually decreases from the tail portion 213A to the end portion 213B. The width of the connecting portion 213 can be understood as the dimension of the connecting portion 213 along the circumferential direction of the retaining ring 210.
[0081] The top of the housing 220 is provided with a slot 222, and the connecting portion 213 is inserted into the slot 222 to realize the clamping connection between the limiting ring 210 and the housing 220. In order to facilitate the insertion of the connecting portion 213 into the slot 222, the connecting portion 213 can be designed to gradually decrease in width from the tail 213A to the end 213B.
[0082] As shown in FIG3 and FIG4 , the ring body 211 , the raised portion 212 and the connecting portion 213 are integrally formed.
[0083] The ring body 211, the raised portion 212 and the connecting portion 213 can be integrally formed of an elastic material, such as rubber or silicone, by injection molding, which is convenient for manufacturing.
[0084] The limiting ring 210 in the application has the following significant effects.
[0085] First, the precision requirement of the entire charging base 200 can be reduced. Since the structural tolerance of the protrusion 212 is strong, the processing precision can be reduced, thereby reducing costs and improving manufacturing feasibility.
[0086] Second, low noise. CAE simulations were used to analyze the relationship between the deformation of the protrusion 212 and friction, and to design a suitable structure for the protrusion 212. This ensures that the microphone 100 can fall smoothly while providing the necessary friction, reducing the impact of the microphone 100 on the charging base 200 and thus reducing noise.
[0087] Third, the risk of shaking and making unusual noises is low. The raised portion 212 structure provides support for the microphone 100, preventing the microphone 100 from shaking and making unusual noises while the car is driving.
[0088] Fourth, it offers good controllability and a comfortable feel when taking the microphone 100 out. The raised portion 212 provides a certain amount of friction during both insertion and removal, allowing the microphone 100 to fall smoothly even with the friction. When removing the microphone, the appropriate magnetic attraction (described below) and the friction of the retaining ring 210 ensure a comfortable removal experience for the user.
[0089] Fifth, the limiting ring 210 has good reliability. The limiting ring 210 is designed with multiple rubber edge structures (connecting parts 213) to increase the adhesion of the limiting ring 210 and ensure that the microphone 100 is not easily removed during the insertion and removal process.
[0090] As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 , the housing 220 includes a first shell 221 and a second shell 223 .
[0091] The top of the first housing 221 is provided with a slot 222 for engaging with the connecting portion 213 of the limiting ring 210. The number of the slots 222 is equal to the number of the connecting portions 213, and the shape of the slots 222 matches the shape of the connecting portion 213.
[0092] The second housing 223 is provided at the bottom of the first housing 221. The second housing 223 is used to support the microphone 100. The microphone 100 is inserted into the housing 220 until the bottom of the microphone 100 contacts the top of the second housing 223 and the microphone 100 is inserted into place.
[0093] A cavity 221A is provided inside the first shell 221 . The shape of the cavity 221A is designed to follow the shape of the handle 120 of the microphone 100 . For example, if the handle 120 is circular, the cavity 221A is also circular; if the handle 120 is a rounded rectangle, the cavity 221A is also a rounded rectangle.
[0094] The size of the cavity 221A of the first shell 221 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the microphone 100. A certain gap is reserved between the surface of the cavity 221A of the first shell 221 and the microphone 100, so that the microphone 100 can fall smoothly without obstruction, ensuring that the microphone 100 can be inserted into place.
[0095] The diameter of the second shell 223 is larger than that of the first shell 221 , mainly because the size is increased to accommodate other components.
[0096] The first shell 221 and the second shell 223 can be made of one piece, for example, by integrally molding using a plastic material, which is convenient to manufacture.
[0097] As shown in FIG5 , FIG6 and FIG7 , the charging base 200 may further include a buffer pad 240 . The buffer pad 240 is disposed on the top of the second housing 223 and is used to elastically buffer the microphone 100 to be charged.
[0098] When the microphone 100 is inserted into the top of the second housing 223, the bottom end of the microphone 100 contacts the cushion 240, and no obvious impact sound is generated. The cushion 240 can be made of rubber material.
[0099] As shown in Figure 7, a protrusion 223A is provided on the top of the second housing 223, and the buffer pad 240 is sleeved on the protrusion 223A. The protrusion 223A can limit the position of the buffer pad 240. The buffer pad 240 can be fixed to the top of the second housing 223 by bonding.
[0100] Preferably, as shown in Figures 5 and 7, the charging base 200 also includes a magnetic portion 250, which is arranged at the bottom end of the interior of the housing 220 and is suitable for magnetic adsorption with the microphone 100 to enhance the stability of the microphone 100 in the charging base 200.
[0101] The magnetic attraction portion 250 may include a magnet or iron block 250A, which is suitable for magnetic attraction with the microphone 100. A mounting groove is provided at the bottom of the second housing 223, and the magnet or iron block 250A is disposed in the mounting groove.
[0102] Magnet or iron block 250A is used to magnetically attach to microphone 100, enhancing its stability within charging base 200. A corresponding iron block or magnet is positioned at the bottom of microphone 100. Magnet or iron block 250A provides Z-axis positional restraint for microphone 100 (see Figure 5). Furthermore, magnet or iron block 250A is a fixed structure that meets the magnetic attraction requirements of various vehicle operating conditions, allowing charging base 200 to firmly hold microphone 100, ensuring proper charging and stable operation.
[0103] The bottom of the second shell 223 can protect the microphone 100 and the magnet 250A (or iron block) in the charging base 200, so that the upper and lower magnets (the magnet in the microphone 100 and the magnet 250A in the charging base 200) are not in direct contact, thereby avoiding damage caused by contact and collision between the upper and lower magnets.
[0104] The magnetic suction force is determined by combining various operating conditions of the car and the weight of the microphone 100. A limiting pulling force is provided in the Z direction, allowing the charging base 200 to firmly hold the microphone 100, preventing the microphone 100 from jumping out during bumps and jolting during driving, and solving the problem of charging failure caused by unstable conductive structure connection.
[0105] As shown in Figure 5, the charging base 200 further includes a charging unit 201, which is disposed at the bottom of the housing 220 and is adapted to transmit electrical energy to the microphone 100 to be charged. The charging unit 201 is in a wired or wireless form.
[0106] For example, the charging unit 201 is wired and includes a conductive pin 230. The conductive pin 230 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 220, with at least the top end of the conductive pin 230 extending into the interior of the housing 220, and is suitable for electrically connecting to the microphone 100 to be charged.
[0107] As shown in FIG. 6 , a pinhole 227 is provided in the middle of the second housing 223 for passing a conductive pin 230 . The conductive pin 230 is adapted to pass through the pinhole 227 .
[0108] As shown in FIG7 , a through hole or a gap is provided in the middle of the magnet or iron block 250A, and the top end of the conductive needle 230 passes through the through hole or the gap.
[0109] The magnet or iron block 250A can be provided in a ring shape, or two pieces can be provided to facilitate the passage of the top end of the conductive needle 230 .
[0110] For example, as shown in FIG. 5 , the charging unit 201 further includes a control circuit board 270 and a needle hub 260 .
[0111] The control circuit board 270 is used to control the charging process of the microphone 100 .
[0112] The needle holder 260 is disposed on the control circuit board 270 , the conductive needle 230 is fixed in the needle holder 260 , and the tail end (bottom end) of the conductive needle 230 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 270 .
[0113] The control circuit board 270 can be fixed in the second housing 223 by screws 280 .
[0114] As shown in FIG5 , the charging base 200 may further include a bottom cover 290 , which is engaged with the second housing 223 . The bottom cover 290 and the second housing 223 together form a receiving cavity 291 , in which the control circuit board 270 and the needle seat 260 are disposed.
[0115] As shown in FIG10 , a snap-fit portion 228 is provided at the bottom of the second shell 223 . The snap-fit portion 228 is used to connect the needle seat 260 , thereby limiting the needle seat 260 and ensuring that the control circuit board 270 and the needle seat 260 are positioned stably in the accommodating cavity 291 .
[0116] The second housing 223 is provided with a plurality of connecting plates 229 extending toward the bottom. The connecting plates 229 are provided with tenons 229A. The bottom cover 290 is cylindrical and has a connecting hole 292 on its side wall, which can be connected to the tenons 229A of the connecting plates 229.
[0117] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, a flange 224 is provided on the outer side of the first shell 221. The flange 224 is provided with a plurality of connection holes 225. The connection holes 225 are used for external connection to fix the outer shell 220.
[0118] The charging base 200 can be installed and fixed in the vehicle through the connection holes 225 and screws.
[0119] Preferably, the outer side of the first housing 221 is provided with reinforcing ribs 226, one end of which is connected to the flange 224 and the other end is connected to the second housing 223. Because the flange 224 is the stress-bearing component during the installation and use of the charging base 200, the multiple reinforcing ribs 226 can strengthen the connection between the flange 224 and the housing 220, prevent the flange 224 from breaking, and extend the service life of the charging base 200.
[0120] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , an embodiment of the present application further provides a microphone 100 adapted to a charging base 200 according to any one of the above embodiments.
[0121] For example, the microphone 100 includes an end portion 110 and a handle portion 120. The end portion 110 is provided with a protective mesh cover. The handle portion 120 is internally provided with components such as a pickup, a control circuit, and a battery.
[0122] Preferably, a connection terminal 121 and a magnet 122 are provided at the bottom end of the handle 120. The connection terminal 121 is used to electrically connect to the conductive pin 230. The magnet 122 is used to magnetically attract the magnet or iron block 250A (ie, the magnetic attraction portion 250).
[0123] As shown in Figure 10, magnet 122 can also form part of the charging circuit structure of microphone 100. For example, magnet 122 provides magnetic attraction and acts as a contact negative electrode for electrical conduction. Connecting terminal 121 acts as a positive electrode for electrical conduction. Magnet 122 and connecting terminal 121 are respectively electrically connected to conductive pin 230. The adsorption of magnet 122 ensures that the positive and negative electrodes in the charging circuit maintain good contact.
[0124] The microphone 100 can also be wirelessly charged, and can adopt electromagnetic induction, magnetic field resonance, radio wave, etc. Accordingly, the microphone 100 and the charging base 200 are no longer provided with wired connection elements, but with wireless connection elements.
[0125] For example, a first induction coil is provided at the bottom end of the handle 120 of the microphone 100 instead of the connection terminal 121, and a second induction coil is provided in the charging base 200 instead of the conductive needle 230. The first induction coil and the second induction coil use the principle of electromagnetic induction for wireless charging.
[0126] An embodiment of the present application also provides a vehicle, comprising a charging base 200 according to any one of the above embodiments. The charging base 200 can be fixed in the passenger compartment of the vehicle and connected to the power supply of the vehicle to provide storage and charging functions for the microphone.
[0127] According to the charging base, microphone and vehicle of the present application, the charging base has an innovative structural change, which fills the shortcomings of the existing structure and meets the use requirements of the vehicle. It has essential differences from the existing technology:
[0128] 1. Existing products and technologies have the problem of low functional reliability. This application designs a rubber ring lip structure (the raised part of the limit ring) and a magnetic structure to solve this problem; ① When the microphone is bumped and jumps outward, it is affected by gravity. The rubber ring lip will provide the microphone with friction in the opposite direction of the jump, making it difficult for the microphone to jump out; ② The magnetic structure adds a Z-direction limit to the microphone, and the base magnet is a fixed structure; the magnetic attraction force meets various working conditions of the car, allowing the base to firmly hold the microphone, ensuring that the microphone does not jump and charges normally.
[0129] 2. Existing products and technologies have the problem of poor sound quality. This application designs a rubber ring lip structure to solve this problem; ①. By calculating and analyzing the relationship between the deformation of the rubber ring lip and the friction force, a suitable rubber ring lip structure is designed to ensure that the microphone can fall smoothly and provide the required friction to the microphone, reducing the impact force of the microphone on the base, thereby reducing noise; ②. At the same time, the rubber ring lip structure provides support for the microphone, and the standby state is tightly fitted to prevent the microphone from shaking and making abnormal noises during the driving of the car.
[0130] 3. Existing products are inconvenient to take and put, and the existing patented technology does not have a measure to solve this problem. This application designs a base cavity structure (gap) and a charging structure to solve this problem; ①. A certain gap is reserved between the base cavity surface and the microphone to ensure that the microphone falls smoothly; ②. Contact charging technology or wireless charging technology is used to replace the original wired charging, freeing up product space layout.
[0131] 4. Existing products have the problem of high precision requirements, which cannot be solved by existing patented technologies. This application designs a rubber ring lip structure to solve this problem; the rubber ring lip structure has a strong tolerance capability and can absorb certain manufacturing tolerances through deformation, has good manufacturing feasibility, and is relatively low in cost.
[0132] 5. The existing technology has the problem of being unable to balance the contradictions between multiple performances when used in the automotive field. The present application takes into account both performance and cost and is a better solution; ①. The magnetic structure provides Z-direction limitation for the microphone (microphone), firmly holds the microphone (microphone), and ensures charging reliability; ②. The rubber ring lip structure has a strong tolerance and can absorb certain manufacturing tolerances through deformation to ensure charging reliability; ③. The rubber ring lip structure provides support for the microphone (microphone) and reduces shaking and abnormal noise; ④. The rubber ring lip structure provides friction to the microphone (microphone), reduces impact force, and can reduce noise; ⑤. The rubber ring lip structure has low processing precision requirements and relatively low cost; ⑥. The base cavity structure reserves a gap to ensure that the microphone (microphone) falls smoothly and ensures ease of use.
