Abstract

In the present invention, after a plate (14), which has acquired adhesive properties through a first heating step, has been attached to a magnet (13), which is a first element, the magnet (13) is inserted into a slotted hole (12), which is an insertion hole for a rotor core (10), which is a second element. In a second heating step, the plate (14) is heated together with the rotor core (10) to a second temperature (T2), whereby the magnet (13) is bonded to an inner surface of the slotted hole (12), for example, an inner surface (121) on the radially outer side, by the expansion and hardening of the plate (14). Consequently, it is possible to reduce the number of steps required for bonding the magnet (13) in a motor manufacturing process.
