Abstract

The present disclosure provides a heating cooking device in which even a low-sensitivity infrared sensor can detect sufficient energy with high accuracy. A heating cooking device according to the present disclosure comprises: a main body; a top plate attached to the top of the main body, on which a cooking vessel is placed; and a heating coil for generating a high-frequency magnetic field to heat the cooking vessel, wherein the heating cooking device has an infrared sensor located below the top plate that detects infrared radiation emitted by the cooking vessel and transmitted through the top plate, and wherein the infrared sensor is a quantum infrared sensor with a peak sensitivity wavelength of 2.5 µm or more.
