Abstract

A carbon dioxide recovery system comprising: a compressor configured to compress exhaust gas; an absorption tower configured to cause an absorption solution to absorb the carbon dioxide contained in the exhaust gas compressed by the compressor; a regeneration tower configured to separate carbon dioxide gas from the absorption solution discharged from the absorption tower; an expander configured to expand a nitrogenous gas contained in the exhaust gas compressed by the compressor; and a condenser configured to liquefy the carbon dioxide gas separated from the absorption solution in the regeneration tower using the cooling energy of the nitrogenous gas expanded by the expander.
