The device includes an ammonia supply device (100) comprising: an ammonia supply system (110); a coupling (120) comprising: a pipe body (210) having: a first opening (212) connected to the ammonia supply system (110); and a second opening (214) mountable on and detachable from an ammonia consumption device (10); a water supply connection (220) formed between the first opening (212) and the second opening (214) in the pipe body (210) and connected to a water supply source (water tank (132)); and a discharge connection (230) formed between the first opening (212) and the second opening (214) in the pipe body (210); and an on / off valve (30) that opens and closes the first opening (212).
