Abstract

An electrical device comprises a supply busbar, a capacitor (100A, 100B), a metal housing (120), and a heat dissipation element (131, 132). The supply busbar connects a power source to an electrical component. The capacitor is connected to the supply busbar and to ground. The metal housing has a base to which the capacitor is fixed and which is also connected to ground. The heat dissipation element has insulating properties and a higher thermal conductivity than air. The capacitor comprises an element (31, 32, 33, 41, 42, 43) and a capacitor busbar (30, 40). The capacitor busbar comprises a first busbar (50, 60), a second busbar (70, 80), and a fixed busbar (55, 65). The first busbar connects the element to the supply busbar. The second busbar connects the element to ground.The fixed busbar is fixed to the floor. The heat dissipation element is located between the fixed busbar and the floor.
