Abstract

A scroll compressor is provided, which increases the cooling capacity for the spirals and discharge air, improves durability, and enhances ease of maintenance. The scroll compressor 1 compresses air in a compression chamber 34 formed between turns 19, 32 of the spirals by rotating a movable spiral 6 relative to a stationary spiral 4. It comprises a central housing 2 on which a shaft 10 is rotatably mounted, driving the movable spiral 6. The design allows a cooling fluid to flow into the central housing 2, enabling heat exchange between the cooling fluid and the movable spiral 6.
