This inconsistency arises because the effect of vibration correction, which suppresses relative positional displacements between an image and a real scene caused by vehicle vibrations, differs between the virtual and real images. The display control device 80 comprises an image switching unit 84, which switches between displaying an image as a virtual image Vm or as a real image Rm; a vibration information detection unit 93, which detects vibration information from the vehicle 1; and an image stabilization unit 87, which performs image stabilization to suppress image fluctuations.When a virtual image Rm is displayed, the image stabilization unit 87 performs a first vibration correction for a first vibration that occurs with a relative change in angle between the vehicle 1 and the real scene around the vehicle 1. When a real image Rm is displayed, the first vibration correction is not performed, or instead of a first vibration correction, a second vibration correction is performed for a second vibration that occurs with a relative change in position between the vehicle 1 and the viewer 11.
