Abstract
Description
RELATED APPLICATIONS The present application claims priority over Chinese patent application No. 202411967992.5 dated December 30, 2024, entitled “Signal processing device, signal processing method, electronic device and storage medium”, the entire contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference. TECHNICAL AREA The present application relates to the field of signal measurement technology and in particular to a signal processing device, a signal processing method, an electronic device and a storage medium. Conjugate symmetric processing: A technical method in which the conjugate symmetric property of a signal in the frequency domain is used to simplify spectral calculation, storage, or processing. Digital filter: A digital system or algorithm that amplifies, suppresses, or extracts certain frequency components by performing mathematical operations on discrete-time signals. De-embedding processing: A technical process in which parasitic effects (e.g., faults introduced by cables, connectors, or fixtures) between the measuring instrument and the object being measured (such as the measurement signal) are removed in order to restore the actual properties of the object being measured itself. Embedding processing: A technical procedure in which, during test analysis, an external circuit (such as a probe, fixture, or cable) is virtually added to the object under test (such as the measurement signal) to simulate its behavior in an actual operating environment. Unit Impulse Response: Refers to the output of a linear time-invariant system under the influence of a unit impulse and is used to fully characterize the dynamic properties of the system. Linear extrapolation: This refers to the estimation of unknown ranges based on data from known points using linear functional relationships. The estimation can also extend to values outside the known data interval. Fig. 1 shows a signal processing device 10 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The device comprises an input interface 11, a signal processing circuit 12, and a digital filter 13, wherein the signal processing circuit 12 is configured to receive a first transmission parameter of a transmission path associated with an input signal via the input interface 11, the signal processing circuit 12 is further configured to perform a frequency resampling of the first transmission parameter based on a predetermined frequency parameter in order to obtain a second transmission parameter, and to determine a first frequency response of the transmission path based on the second transmission parameter; wherein the first frequency response is associated with an embedding or an unembedding of the input signal; The signal processing circuit 12 is further configured to perform conjugate symmetric processing of the first frequency response to obtain a second frequency response that is corresponding to the first frequency response and is complex conjugate symmetric; the signal processing circuit 12 is further configured to convert the second frequency response from the frequency domain to the time domain to obtain a unit impulse response of the transmission path; the signal processing circuit 12 is further configured to determine filter parameters of the digital filter 13 based on the unit impulse response; the digital filter 13 is configured to process the input signal based on the filter parameters to obtain an output signal. In this context, a signal processing procedure can be executed by a processor of a signal processing device such as a digital oscilloscope, a signal analyzer, a protocol analyzer, or a modular electronic measuring instrument. The processor can include, but is not limited to, a central processing unit (CPU), a field-programmable gate array (FPGA), etc. The signal processing device 10 is designed to measure a measurement signal and display the output signal on an output module such as a display. In one possible implementation, the input signal can be a signal received by an analog-to-digital converter (A / D) of the signal processing device 10. It is understood that the input signal is an analog signal before the analog-to-digital conversion and a digital signal after the analog-to-digital conversion. Unless otherwise specified, in this embodiment the digital signal obtained after the analog-to-digital conversion is considered the input signal. As shown in Fig. 2, the transmission path associated with the input signal can include a transmission path of the measurement signal from the entry into the signal processing device 10 to the analog-to-digital converter (A / D). For example, the transmission path can include at least one of the following: probe, cable, fixture, circuit board trace, analog circuit. The transmission path can have influences such as reflections and crosstalk on the measurement signal, which causes the input signal to be distorted compared to the measurement signal. In one possible implementation, the input signal could be a simulation signal input during signal simulation. The signal simulation must take into account the effects of the transmission path on the simulation signal to obtain a realistic simulation result. In one possible implementation, input signal processing involves either de-embedding or embedding the input signal. During signal measurement, the input signal must undergo de-embedding to faithfully reconstruct the actual state of the measured signal; conversely, during simulation, the input signal must undergo embedding to obtain a realistic simulation result. De-embedding can involve removing the effects of the transmission path on the input signal to obtain the output signal. Embedding can involve adding the effects of the transmission path to the input signal to simulate the real transmission environment and thus obtain the output signal. The first transmission parameter can be a characteristic parameter of the transmission path in signal transmission. The first transmission parameter can include a transmission parameter, a reflection parameter, an S-parameter, etc. Different first transmission parameters have different effects on the signal transmission process. In one possible implementation, the first transmission parameter can be determined in advance using a vector network analyzer or similar device. The first transmission parameter can be one that relates to different frequency points of the signal. Therefore, the first transmission parameter has a covered frequency range and covered frequency points. The input signal also has a covered frequency range. For example, the input signal is a digital signal that has been sampled by the signal processing device 10. The signal processing device 10 has a sampling frequency range. Therefore, the frequency range covered by the input signal is less than or equal to the sampling frequency range of the signal processing device 10. Therefore, during embedding or unembedding processing based on the first transfer parameter, the frequency range covered by the first transfer parameter must be matched with the frequency range covered by the signal processing device 10, and the frequency points covered by the first transfer parameter must be matched with the frequency points covered by the signal processing device 10. In one possible implementation, the specified frequency parameter can encompass a predefined frequency range and / or predefined frequency points. There are multiple predefined frequency points. These predefined frequency points are frequency points within the specified frequency range. The specified frequency range can be determined based on the covered frequency range of the input signal and / or the sampling frequency range of the signal processing device 10. The specified frequency points can be determined based on the covered frequency points of the input signal and / or the sampling frequency points of the signal processing device 10. In this process, a frequency resampling of the first transmission parameter can be performed based on the specified frequency parameter to obtain a second transmission parameter, allowing the second transmission parameter to be adapted to the specified frequency range. For the second transmission parameter to be adapted to the specified frequency range, at least one of the following must be met: the frequency range covered by the second transmission parameter is less than or equal to the specified frequency range; the frequency points covered by the second transmission parameter are equal to the specified frequency points. After determining the second transmission parameter, a first frequency response can be determined. The first frequency response characterizes the response of the transmission path to signals with the specified frequency points; that is, the first frequency response can be the embedding frequency response. There is a relationship between the transmission parameter of the transmission path and the frequency response. For example, the frequency response can be determined based on the transmission parameter using a specific formula. The first frequency response includes the embedding frequency response. In one possible implementation, the first frequency response could also be an unembedding frequency response. The unembedding frequency response can also be determined based on the transmission path's transfer parameter. For example, the inverse of the frequency response for embedding can be formed to obtain the frequency response for unembedding. In one possible implementation, the conversion from the frequency domain to the time domain could involve one of the following: Inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT), Inverse Discrete Fourier Transform (IDFT). The choice between IFFT and IDFT can be made based on the actual requirements. IFFT can be used for processing continuous signals, while IDFT can be used for processing discrete signals. In this embodiment, the conversion of the second frequency response from the frequency domain to the time domain using IFFT as an example is described. Here, the embedding or unembedding processing of the input signal can be performed by the digital filter 13. The filter parameters of the digital filter 13 can be determined from the unit impulse response. Therefore, the transfer parameter of the transmission path must be converted from the frequency domain to the time domain. At the same time, the fact that the digital filter 13 can only process real data must be taken into account. Therefore, the first frequency response after frequency resampling cannot be directly subjected to IFFT, since the first frequency response consists of complex data. Direct IFFT would result in an imaginary component in the output. The digital filter 13 cannot use the complex data. Here, a conjugate symmetric processing of the first frequency response can be performed to obtain a second frequency response H(k) = Hreal(k) + jHimg(k) that satisfies the complex conjugate symmetric property, where Hreal(-k) = Hreal(k) and Himg(-k) = -himg(k); where Hreal(k) is an even function and Himg(k) is an odd function. k denotes the number of the given frequency points. The IFFT of the second frequency response can be represented by expression (1): . In expression (1), N denotes the total number of given frequency points, N is an integer greater than or equal to 1, n denotes the number of given frequency points, n is an integer less than or equal to N. Since Hreal(k) is an even function, Himg(k) an odd function, cosc an even function, and sinn an odd function, Hreal and Hg are also odd functions. Therefore: Thus, by performing the IFFT of the second frequency response, a unit impulse response of the signal with a purely real component is obtained, i.e.: h(n)=hreal(n). The first frequency response comprises either an embedding frequency response or an unembedding frequency response. Therefore, the unit impulse response for embedding can be obtained based on the embedding frequency response, or the unit impulse response for unembedding can be obtained based on the unembedding frequency response. After determining the unit impulse response, the filter parameters of the digital filter 13 can be determined based on the unit impulse response so that the digital filter 13 is able to process the input signal and thus obtain the output signal. In one possible implementation, if the first frequency response is the embedding frequency response, the output signal is a signal obtained by embedding the input signal. In one possible implementation, if the first frequency response is the unembedding frequency response, the output signal is a signal obtained by unembedding the input signal. For example, the signal processing device 10 can comprise an oscilloscope. The oscilloscope's setup is shown in Fig. 3. The measurement signal is input via a connector and travels along the transmission path (including the connector, signal conditioning circuit, etc.) to the analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADC's analog-to-digital conversion yields a digital input signal. This signal passes through pre-stage buffering / processing, triggering, etc., to the digital filter 13. The first transmission parameter is input to the signal processing circuit 12 via the input interface 11 (e.g., a human-machine interface, etc.). The signal processing circuit 12 can be implemented using a combination of hardware and software and determines the filter parameters of the digital filter 13 based on the first transmission parameter. The digital filter 13 can consist of hardware and / or software. The digital filter 13 filters the input signal based on the filter parameters to obtain the output signal. The signal processing circuit 12 can also control the digital filter 13 to perform delay processing, such as group delay processing, on the input signal. After buffering, etc., the output signal can be displayed on an output device such as a screen. As shown in Fig. 4, when the signal processing device 10 (oscilloscope) performs the embedding processing during signal simulation, the embedding function (comprising the signal processing circuit 12 and the digital filter 13) determines the filter parameters based on an embedding parameter (i.e., the first transfer parameter) and performs the embedding processing of the input signal Y(t) to obtain the output signal Ysim(t). As shown in Fig. 5, when the signal processing device 10 (oscilloscope) performs the de-embedding processing during signal simulation, the measurement signal is input to the oscilloscope via the transmission path (comprising the probe, cable, fixture, analog circuitry, etc.) and sampled by the oscilloscope to obtain an observed value Y(t) of the input signal. The embedding function (comprising the signal processing circuit 12 and the digital filter 13) determines the filter parameters based on the embedding parameters (i.e., the first transmission parameter) and performs the de-embedding processing of the observed value Y(t) to obtain the output signal Youtput(t). When measuring high-speed signals in practical applications: When measuring high-speed signals, the parasitic capacitance and inductance of the probe and connecting cable affect signal quality. Unembedding the oscilloscope can eliminate these effects. In radio frequency and microwave measurements: Loss and mismatch of the transmission path are more significant in high-frequency measurements. Unembedding helps to capture the true value of the signal. In circuit debugging and optimization: Unembedding can help engineers determine whether performance problems originate from the measurement signal itself or from the measurement system. Embedding can analyze the attenuation, distortion, etc., of the signal in various transmission media and optimize the design. For protocol compliance analysis: Embedding can simulate the transmission characteristics of a communication link, which is an important step in protocol compliance analysis. For compensation and calibration of electronic components or circuits: The oscilloscope's unembedding function can compensate for and calibrate electronic components or circuits in the measurement path, such as compensating and calibrating the oscilloscope probe. In this way, by frequency resampling the first transmission parameter to obtain the second transmission parameter, the input parameter can be adapted to the frequency of the signal processing device 10, thereby reducing signal processing errors due to frequency mismatches. The conjugate symmetric processing of the first frequency response prevents the unit impulse response from having an imaginary part that would hinder the digital filter 13 from filtering. This achieves embedding or unembedding of the input signal, reducing the influence of the transmission path on the signal measurement and increasing measurement accuracy, or realistically simulating the influence of the transmission path on the input signal and increasing simulation accuracy. In some embodiments, the signal processing circuit 12 is configured in particular for at least one of the following: determining a first frequency response associated with an embedding of the transmission path based on the second transmission parameter; determining a third frequency response associated with an embedding of the transmission path based on the second transmission parameter; and determining a first frequency response associated with an unembedding based on the third frequency response, wherein the first frequency response is the inverse frequency response of the third frequency response. In this process, the processor of the signal processing device can assess in advance whether the input signal needs to be subjected to embedding processing or unembedding processing. In one possible implementation, the processor can determine, based on a user instruction or an operating mode of the signal processing device, whether the input signal should undergo embedding processing or unembedding processing. If embedding of the input signal is required, the first frequency response associated with the embedding can be determined directly based on the second transfer parameter. For example, the first frequency response associated with the embedding is determined based on the relationship between the second transfer parameter and the first frequency response. It follows that the second frequency response and unit impulse response, determined based on the first frequency response associated with the embedding, are each used for the embedding process, thus obtaining the digital filter parameters for the embedding to generate the output signal by embedding the input signal. If embedding of the input signal is required, the third frequency response associated with embedding can be determined directly based on the second transfer parameter. The first frequency response associated with unembedding can be obtained by taking the inverse frequency response of the third frequency response. It follows that the second frequency response and unit impulse response, determined based on the first frequency response associated with unembedding, are each used for the unembedding process. This yields the digital filter parameters for unembedding, enabling the output signal to be obtained by unembedding the input signal. In this way, based on the first transfer parameter, the frequency response for embedding or the frequency response for unembedding can be determined in order to implement the embedding or unembedding of the input signal and thus meet the requirements of different scenarios. In some embodiments, the specified frequency parameter comprises a specified frequency range and / or specified frequency points; the signal processing circuit 12 is configured in particular for at least one of the following: adding a third transmission parameter for a marginal frequency range of the specified frequency range not covered by the first transmission parameter to the first transmission parameter in order to obtain the second transmission parameter; removing a fourth transmission parameter for a frequency range outside the specified frequency range of the first transmission parameter from the first transmission parameter in order to obtain the second transmission parameter; selecting a fifth transmission parameter for the specified frequency points from the first transmission parameter in order to obtain the second transmission parameter;Adding a sixth transmission parameter, corresponding to the specified frequency points not present in the first transmission parameter, to obtain the second transmission parameter. In some embodiments, the maximum frequency of the specified frequency range is less than or equal to half the highest sampling frequency of the signal processing device 10; and / or the specified frequency points include sampling frequency points of the signal processing device 10. In one possible implementation, the specified frequency range can be a sampling frequency range used by the signal processing device 10 to determine the input signal during analog-to-digital conversion. In one possible implementation, the specified frequency points can be sampling frequency points used by the signal processing device 10 to determine the input signal during analog-to-digital conversion. Based on the Nyquist sampling theorem, the oscilloscope can sample signals at a frequency less than half its sampling frequency. Therefore, the maximum frequency Fmax of the specified frequency range can be set to less than or equal to half the sampling frequency Fs of the signal processing device 10. Thus, the specified frequency range can be from 0 to Fs / 2. In one possible implementation, the first transmission parameter specifies the transmission parameter of the transmission path with frequency points as the granularity. For example, the first transmission parameter specifies the transmission coefficient and / or reflection coefficient of the transmission path with frequency points as the granularity. The first transmission parameter covers M frequency points, where M is an integer greater than or equal to 1. As shown in Fig. 6, the frequency range covered by the first transfer parameter is smaller than the specified frequency range. The frequency ranges indicated by arrows A and B are edge frequency ranges of the specified frequency range that are not covered by the first transfer parameter. If the first frequency response is determined directly based on the first transfer parameter, it will also omit the frequency response in the edge frequency range. Therefore, digital filter parameters determined based on the first frequency response cannot effectively filter signals in the edge frequency ranges; that is, they cannot effectively embed or unembed signals in the edge frequency ranges. In this way, by adding the third transmission parameter, the frequency range of the first transmission parameter can be completed in order to obtain the second transmission parameter, which covers the specified frequency range. In one possible implementation, the third transmission parameter can be obtained through methods such as fitting based on the curve of the first transmission parameter. As shown in Fig. 7, at least part of the frequency range covered by the first transfer parameter lies outside the specified frequency range, as indicated by arrow C. If the first frequency response is determined directly based on the first transfer parameter, and then the digital filter parameters, the portion of the first transfer parameter that lies outside the specified frequency range will inevitably increase the processor workload when determining the first frequency response and the digital filter parameters. Therefore, the fourth transfer parameter can be cut out and removed to cover the portion of the first transfer parameter that lies outside the specified frequency range. This reduces the workload in subsequent steps, such as determining the first frequency response. As shown in Fig. 7, the frequency range covered by the first transmission parameter in the high-frequency section exceeds the specified frequency range (arrow C); in the low-frequency section, the frequency range covered by the first transmission parameter is smaller than the specified frequency range. Therefore, the fourth transmission parameter for the frequency range of the first transmission parameter indicated by arrow C can be removed, and the third transmission parameter for the edge frequency indicated by arrow A can be added to obtain the second transmission parameter. The specified frequency points can be sampling frequency points of the signal processing device 10. If the frequency points of the first transmission parameter are not aligned with the specified frequency points, the frequency points corresponding to the first frequency response and filter parameters, etc., determined based on the first transmission parameter, also cannot be aligned with the specified frequency points, leading to errors during embedding or unembedding. The frequency points of the first transmission parameter are not necessarily the same as the specified frequency points required by the signal processing device 10. In one possible implementation, the number M of frequency points of the first transmission parameter differs from the number N of predefined frequency points required by the signal processing device 10. For example, as shown in Fig. 8, the number M of frequency points of the first transmission parameter is greater than the number N of predefined frequency points required by the signal processing device 10. In this case, the fifth transmission parameter can be selected from the first transmission parameter for the specified frequency points. For example, the fifth transmission parameter can be selected from the first transmission parameter, where the fifth transmission parameter corresponds to those frequency points among the M frequency points that match the N specified frequency points. For instance, the first transmission parameter contains 1000 frequency points, including all 100 specified frequency points. Then, the third transmission parameter can be selected from the first transmission parameter for the 100 specified frequency points. In one possible implementation, the spacing between the frequency points of the first transmission parameter differs from the spacing between the predefined frequency points required by the signal processing device 10. A predefined frequency point can lie within the spacing between the frequency points of the first transmission parameter. For example, as shown in Fig. 9, the frequency points of the first transmission parameter have an irregular distribution, and the frequency points of the first transmission parameter may not cover all predefined frequency points. Therefore, based on the first transmission parameter, a sixth transmission parameter can be added, corresponding to the predefined frequency points not present in the first transmission parameter. For example, by means of methods such as matching based on the curve of the frequency points of the first transmission parameter, the sixth transmission parameter corresponding to the given frequency points can be obtained. In one possible implementation, the spacing between the frequency points of the first transmission parameter is greater than the spacing between the predefined frequency points required by the signal processing device 10. For example, if the first transmission parameter corresponds to 100 frequency points, but the signal processing device 10 requires 200 predefined frequency points, then the first transmission parameter cannot cover all the predefined frequency points. Therefore, a sixth transmission parameter can be added based on the first transmission parameter, corresponding to the predefined frequency points not present in the first transmission parameter. For example, a sixth transmission parameter corresponding to the predefined frequency points can be obtained by methods such as fitting based on the frequency point curve of the first transmission parameter. By adding the third transmission parameter for the edge frequency range of the specified frequency range that is not covered by the first transmission parameter, removing the third transmission parameter in the specified frequency range, selecting the fifth transmission parameter for the specified frequency points from the first transmission parameter, and / or adding the sixth transmission parameter corresponding to the specified frequency points not present in the first transmission parameter, it is achieved that the frequency range and frequency points of the second transmission parameter are aligned with the sampling frequency range and sampling frequency points of the signal processing device 10 (e.g., that the frequency range and frequency points of the second transmission parameter are aligned with the sampling frequency range and sampling frequency points of the signal processing device 10 when sampling the input signal). This allows the adaptation of the transmission parameter to the signal processing device 10 to be improved and the signal processing error to be reduced. In some embodiments, the signal processing circuit 12 is configured in particular for at least one of the following: determining the third transmission parameter based on a transmission parameter for a boundary frequency point of the first transmission parameter, wherein the boundary frequency point includes a frequency point among the frequency points corresponding to the first transmission parameter that is adjacent to the boundary frequency range; performing a first interpolation processing based on the first transmission parameter to obtain the third transmission parameter for the boundary frequency range. For example, as shown in Fig. 6, the edge frequency point can be the frequency point among the frequency points corresponding to the first transmission parameter that borders the edge frequency range indicated by arrow A, as well as the frequency point among the frequency points corresponding to the first transmission parameter that borders the edge frequency range indicated by arrow B, i.e., the lowest frequency point and the highest frequency point among the frequency points of the first transmission parameter. In one possible implementation, the transfer parameter for the edge frequency point can be used as a transfer parameter for every frequency point in the edge frequency range. This achieves the addition of the transfer parameter for the edge frequency range. The third transfer parameter for the marginal frequency range can also be obtained through interpolation. For example, the smoothness of the curve of the third transfer parameter for the marginal frequency range can be estimated based on the curve of the first transfer parameter, and the optimal neighborhood for interpolation can be selected. Alternatively, a nearest-neighbor interpolation method can be used to sequentially interpolate the third transfer parameter corresponding to each frequency point in the marginal frequency range. In some embodiments, the signal processing circuit 12 is configured in particular for at least one of the following: performing a second interpolation processing based on the first transmission parameter to obtain the sixth transmission parameter which corresponds to the specified frequency points. Here, based on the first transmission parameter for the frequency points adjacent to the specified frequency points, an interpolation can be performed to determine the sixth transmission parameter that corresponds to the specified frequency points. For example, a statistical value of the first transmission parameter for the frequency points adjacent to the specified frequency points can be determined as a sixth transmission parameter corresponding to the specified frequency points. The statistical value can include an average value, etc. The specified frequency points of the second transmission parameter after frequency resampling are shown in Fig. 10. As shown in Fig. 10, the frequency range covered by the second transmission parameter is equal to the specified frequency range, and the frequency points corresponding to the second transmission parameter are identical to the sampling frequency points of the signal processing device 10. Suppose the user-specified DUT parameter (first transmission parameter) characterizes a two-port DUT (a transmission path with two ports) with a frequency range of 10 MHz to 20 GHz and a total of 100 points. S11 denotes the reflection coefficient at port 1, S12 the transmission coefficient from port 1 to port 2, S21 the transmission coefficient from port 2 to port 1, and S22 the reflection coefficient at port 2. The first transmission parameter is shown in Fig. 11. Assume the oscilloscope's sampling rate is 20 GSa / s. The user-inputted S12 parameter is now re-sampled using 4x linear interpolation as the frequency re-sampling method. Since the input signal's frequency range is 10 MHz to 20 GHz, but the re-sampled S12 parameter's frequency range extends from DC to 10 GHz and comprises a total of 400 points, it is necessary to truncate the parameters outside 10 GHz and supplement the points in the 0 to 10 MHz frequency range by linear extrapolation. The second transmission parameter obtained by the re-sampling is shown in Fig. 12. In Fig. 12, frame A is an enlarged detail view of frame a, and frame B is an enlarged detail view of frame b. From Fig.12 shows that the second input parameter has increased the amplitude gain at several frequency points compared to the first transmission parameter, at least by interpolation. Fig. 13 shows a signal processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The signal processing method is applied to a signal processing device 10 and comprises the following: Step 1301: Receiving a first transmission parameter of a transmission path associated with an input signal by the signal processing circuit 12 of the signal device via an input interface 11 of the signal device; Step 1302: Performing a frequency resample of the first transmission parameter by the signal processing circuit 12 based on a predetermined frequency parameter in order to obtain a second transmission parameter, and determining a first frequency response of the transmission path based on the second transmission parameter; wherein the first frequency response is associated with an embedding or an unembedding of the input signal;Step 1303: The signal processing circuit 12 performs conjugate symmetric processing of the first frequency response to obtain a second frequency response that is complex conjugate symmetric and corresponds to the first frequency response; Step 1304: The signal processing circuit 12 converts the second frequency response from the frequency domain to the time domain to obtain a unit impulse response of the transmission path; Step 1305: The signal processing circuit 12 determines filter parameters of a digital filter 13 of the signal processing device 10 based on the unit impulse response; Step 1306: The digital filter 13 processes the input signal based on the filter parameters to obtain an output signal. In this context, a signal processing method can be executed by a processor of a signal processing device 10, such as a digital oscilloscope, a signal analyzer, a protocol analyzer, or a modular electronic measuring device. The processor can comprise, but is not limited to, a central processing unit (CPU), an FPGA, etc. The specific implementation of the signal processing method by the processor, etc., is described in one of the preceding embodiments and is not repeated here. Several specific examples are provided below with reference to the preceding embodiments: Fig. 14 shows a schematic flow diagram of an embedding / unembedding procedure of this embodiment. The embedding / unembedding procedure comprises: Step 1401: Analyzing a user-supplied DUT parameter, wherein the DUT parameter is a parameter to be unembedded / embedded (the first transmission parameter) that depends on the fixture, probe, cable, or the like on the signal transmission path; Step 1402: Solving the mismatch problem between the user-supplied parameter and the parameter required by the oscilloscope by frequency resampling to obtain a frequency response H(f) (i.e.,Step 1403: Determine whether the current mode is an embedding mode or an unembedding mode, where, if it is the unembedding mode, an inverse frequency response Hi(f) (i.e., the frequency response associated with unembedding) is calculated; Step 1404: Perform conjugate symmetric processing of the frequency response; Step 1405: Obtain a unit impulse response h(t) by IFFT; Step 1406: Generate coefficients of digital filter 13; Step 1407: Load the obtained coefficients of digital filter 13 into digital filter 13 for processing to obtain a processing result (i.e., the output signal); Step 1408: Display the output result, thereby realizing the embedding or unembedding function of the oscilloscope. Fig. 3 shows a main block diagram of an oscilloscope for implementing the above steps. The frequency resampling process is described in detail in step 1402: The frequency resampling method proposed in this embodiment serves to solve the problem of mismatch between the user-supplied parameter to be embedded / unembedded and the characteristics of the oscilloscope itself. This mismatch manifests itself in two aspects: (1) Frequency range mismatch (as shown in Figs. 6 and 7): The user-supplied parameter to be embedded / unembedded is often acquired using a vector network analyzer, with the lower limit of the frequency range usually set at 10 MHz and the upper limit set by the user. This setting often does not correspond to the frequency range of the oscilloscope itself (0 to Fs / 2), where Fs is the current sampling rate of the oscilloscope. The embedding and unembedding function must therefore complete or truncate the frequency range of the user-supplied parameter to be embedded / unembedded. Completion is performed if the user-supplied frequency range does not reach the required frequency range. Completion includes techniques such as copying limits or using interpolation methods. Truncation is performed on the portion of the parameter outside the frequency range to limit the frequency range to 0 to Fs / 2. (2) Frequency distribution mismatch (as shown in Fig. 8): Frequency distribution mismatch is evident in the uniformity of the frequency point distribution and the difference between the number of frequency points N and the number of points M required by the oscilloscope. On the one hand, the frequency points of the user-supplied parameter may be unevenly distributed within the frequency domain, preventing the oscilloscope from directly using the user-supplied parameter. The method proposed in this embodiment performs a resample of the existing frequency points to achieve a uniform distribution. On the other hand, the number of frequency points M of the user-supplied parameter may not meet the frequency resolution requirements. Therefore, resampling of the user-supplied parameter within the frequency domain must be performed to obtain the required number of points N. The processing method proposed in this embodiment is the interpolation of the user-supplied parameter over multiple points in the range from 0 to Fs / 2. The effect after frequency resampling is shown in Fig. 9. The frequency range is now 0 to Fs / 2, and the frequency points are evenly distributed. Step 1404 is described in detail below. Conjugate symmetric processing: The data after frequency resampling cannot be directly subjected to IFFT because it is complex. Direct IFFT would result in an imaginary part in the outcome, and subsequent processing cannot utilize the complex data. To solve this problem, the present application subjects the complex frequency properties to conjugate symmetric processing to obtain a frequency-domain signal H(k) = Hreal(k) + jHimg(k) that satisfies the conjugate symmetric property, i.e., Hreal(-k) = Hreal(k), Himg(-k) = -Himg(k). Here, Hreal(k) is an even function and Himg(k) is an odd function. The IFFT formula is shown in expression (1). Since Hreal(k) is an even function, Himg(k) is an odd function, cosc is an even function, and sinc is an odd function, and so is Hc. Therefore: Finally, the IFFT yields a signal with a purely real component, i.e.: According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, an electronic device is provided comprising a processor, a memory and an executable program which is stored in the memory and can be executed by the processor, wherein, upon execution of the executable program, the processor performs the steps of a signal processing method according to one of the preceding embodiments.
