Abstract

A pressure sensor (2) comprises an insulating foil body (21), a first detection electrode (32), a second detection electrode (62), a first insulating foil (31), and a first shielding electrode (33). The thickness of the first insulating foil (31) is equal to or less than the thickness of the insulating foil body (21). The first shielding electrode (33) is arranged to overlap the first detection electrode (32) when viewed from a thickness direction of the first shielding electrode (33), has an outer contour that includes the outer contour of the first detection electrode (32), and includes several first openings (33a) extending in the thickness direction of the first shielding electrode (33).
