Abstract

Moisture-retaining article made of or for use with an underwear garment, which is to be arranged to lie against the body of a person and to absorb moisture from a person wearing the article, wherein the article comprises: a. a leak-proof layer which is designed or composed to form an outer layer of the article at an upper area of the article and an outer layer and an inner layer of the article at a lower area of the article, wherein a leak-proof pocket is formed between the inner layer and the outer layer at the lower area so that moisture absorbed from the person can drain away by gravity into the leak-proof pocket.
