Abstract
A reduction structure comprising a drive gear (11), at least two planet gears (21), and a stationary internal gear (31) arranged in this order from the inside out and meshing with each other; furthermore, a movable internal gear (41) arranged coaxially next to the stationary internal gear (31), wherein the number of teeth of the movable internal gear (41) and the stationary internal gear (31) is not the same; wherein each of the planet gears (21) is deformation-elastic and each of the planet gears (21) extends integrally into the movable internal gear (41) and meshes with the movable internal gear (41) simultaneously; wherein the drive gear (11) is arranged along an axis (X) to drive the planet gears (21) which rotate between the drive gear (11) and the stationary internal gear (31);wherein, due to the difference in the number of teeth between the stationary internal gear (31) and the movable internal gear (41), the planet gears (21) can simultaneously drive the movable internal gear (41) during operation to generate a reduction power by shifting the tooth difference, characterized in that the movable internal gear (41) is connected to an output shaft (42) and the output shaft (42) is concave at one end along the axis line (X) to form a cavity (43); wherein the cavity (43) has an inner circumferential wall (431) and a bottom surface (432) connected to the inner circumferential wall (431); wherein the movable internal gear (41) is appropriately adapted to the inner circumferential wall (431) of the cavity (43); wherein the protruding ends (211) of the drive gear (11) and the planet gears (21) each extend into the cavity (43) and are in contact with the base surface (432) relative to the surface;wherein a housing (51) is further provided to cover the drive gear (11), the planet gears (21), the fixed internal gear (31) and the movable internal gear (41); and wherein the fixed internal gear (31) is attached to one of the stages (511) in the housing (51).
