Secondary battery comprising: an electrode assembly; an electrolyte; a battery casing accommodating the electrode assembly and the electrolyte, wherein the ratio of a full length to a full width of the electrode assembly is in the range of 5 to 10, wherein the weight of the electrolyte per unit capacity is 1.0 to 2.8 g / Ah, wherein the battery casing is a pouch or a polyhedral can, and wherein the frictional force between the electrode assembly and an inner surface of the battery casing is 15 kgf or more.
