Abstract

Device for dissipating negative electrical potentials, comprising: a housing (10) with a side wall (11), wherein the side wall (11) has a through hole (12); an AC / DC converter (20) which is arranged inside the housing (10) and is electrically connected to a plug (22) via a first line (21); a high-voltage converter (30) which is arranged inside the housing (10) and electrically connected to the AC / DC converter (20); a second conductor (40) passing through the through-hole (12) and one end of which is electrically connected to the high-voltage transformer (30); a lid (50) that covers the housing (10); and an insulating rod (90) wherein the other end of the second conductor (40) has an exposed metal core (41) which engages in one end of the insulating rod (90) and comes into contact with the insulating rod (90).
