AI Technical Summary
There is a lack of UV-resistant nasal protection that allows for nasal breathing and does not cover the mouth, while also being reusable and washable, for individuals post-laser treatment, surgery, or for conditions like rosacea or acne, and does not impair social interactions.
A nasal mask with a flexible metal nose bridge, elastic ear loops, and a trough-like design that covers only the nose bridge, providing UV protection, breathability, and secure fit, made from sturdy yet soft materials like viscose and polyester.
The mask effectively blocks UV radiation, ensures nasal breathing, and maintains social interaction readiness post-treatment, with a secure fit and reusable design.

Abstract
Description
Many people are undergoing laser treatment or surgery on the nose for medical or cosmetic reasons. During wound healing and the skin renewal process which lasts up to 6 months, the lasered region should as far as possible not be exposed to direct solar radiation because of the harmful UV radiation. A snug ear loop nasal guard which effectively inhibits harmful UV radiation is not offered commercially. Conventional FFP-2 masks are not UV-resistant, additionally cover the mouth region unnecessarily in addition to the nose region and significantly impair free breathing. The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the problem of producing a nasal mask which, when required individually (for example after laser treatment, after surgery, during sunburn, in diseases such as rosacea or acne or else also for prophylaxis against skin damage), protects the nasal bridge from direct solar radiation and harmful UV radiation, in the process does not impair nasal breathing (because only the nasal bridge is covered), enables the simultaneous wearing of spectacles by the trough-like lowering of the lateral mask wings and guarantees a firm fit by the fastening by means of rubber band ear loops even in the case of strong wind. In addition, the mask is intended to restore company capability as quickly as possible after an intervention. The mask body should consist of solid substances (optionally combinations) which, due to their properties with respect to UV radiation protection, strength, tightness, weight, strength, color and water resistance, offer optimum sun protection (e.g. viscose, polyester). The mask should be washable and reusable. The problem is solved by the features set out in claim 1.An exemplary embodiment of the invention is illustrated with reference to the drawings (FIGS. 1 and 2 ): FIG. 1 shows the view from the front. FIG. 2 shows the view from above. The figures show a mask carcass (1) adapted to the eye cavity with incorporated rubber band ear loops (2), a flexible metal nose bar (3) incorporated into the carcass for adjusting the individual nose shape, a nose forming seam (4) and a seam (5) surrounding the entire carcass.FIG. 2 sometimes shows the 3-dimensionality of the mask (space for the nose) effected in particular by the seam.List of reference characters1 Mask body 2 Ear strap 3 Nose strap 4 Shaping seam 5 Seam
Claims
UV-nasal protection mask (1) with loops (2) as a means of attachment to the ears (similar to an FFP face mask), further characterized in that the mask is so wide and high in the nose region that the complete nasal bridge is covered and the nostrils remain free in the process, that the eye freedom is ensured in addition to the nose root by a trough-shaped depression and that an incorporated flexible nose bow (3) allows the mask to be adapted to the individual nose shape.
