Abstract

Manual release device (1) with a control unit and a radio interface (11) which are designed and configured for sending control signals which are particularly suitable for triggering a plurality of explosive charges located spatially away from the manual release device (1) by means of hand-held detonators using a plurality of radio channels (K1, K2, K3, K4) from a radio frequency band, wherein the control signals on the respective radio channels (K1, K2, K3, K4) have channel-specific triggering parameters, characterized in that the control unit is designed and configured such that at least one parallel radio channel (K1p, K2p, K3p, K4p) can be activated for at least one of the radio channels (K1, K2, K3, K4), wherein the parallel radio channel (K1p, K2p, K3p, K4p) has the same specific triggering parameters as the associated radio channel (K1, K2, K3, K4).
