Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a method and a device for the energy-saving and precise cutting of hedges of various types and sizes using an innovative hedge trimmer. Conventional methods for cutting hedges require considerable physical effort and quickly lead to fatigue, especially with tall or wide hedges.

This enables both front-facing vertical and horizontal cutting of the hedge ( Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5).
[0013] For particularly wide or tall hedges, the crossbar with the attached hedge trimmer can be adjusted accordingly and the cutting process can be repeated as often as desired.
[0014] An additional support and a modification of the arrangement allow for an undercut on the hedge. This serves as a guide for subsequent manual finishing trimming ( Fig. 4).
