AI Technical Summary
Standard-design barrier gates are unsuitable for temporary events as they either require permanent installation or are too lightweight for effective security, failing to provide protection against unauthorized vehicle access while allowing authorized vehicles to pass through.
A transportable barrier system using heavy concrete blocks weighing over 2 tons, equipped with a dead weight and a locking mechanism, allowing secure closure and rapid setup to prevent unauthorized entry, while being openable for authorized vehicles with a numerical code.
The system effectively prevents unauthorized vehicle access by providing a robust, rapidly deployable barrier that can be quickly converted to allow access for authorized vehicles.

Abstract
Description
[0001] Standard-design barrier gates are either permanently installed with a foundation, or only erected in lightweight construction for short-term temporary closures.
[0002] This type of barrier is not suitable for temporary events (Christmas markets, rallies, etc.). On the one hand, it should provide protection against unwanted car access (terrorist attacks with the aim of injuring people), but on the other hand, it should also allow delivery vehicles, emergency vehicles, etc., to enter.
[0003] At present, attempts are being made to secure entrances with concrete bollards and, if possible, to secure the entrance area with vehicles positioned across it, which must be moved away in case of an emergency.
[0004] This problem is solved by the features listed in claim 1.
[0005] The invention achieves the creation of a barrier against unauthorized entry by means of heavy, transportable concrete blocks with a dead weight of over 2 tons arranged on both sides and a barrier.
[0006] At the same time, if necessary, the secured barrier can be opened (lock with numerical code known to the security forces) to allow authorized vehicles to pass through. An embodiment of the invention is explained with reference to Figures 1-8.
[0007] They show: Fig. 1 Side view showing the two concrete blocks (3), the metal U-shells (2) attached to them, the metal round tube (1) with overhang (4), the rotatable metal shaft (5) and the counterweight (6) Fig. 2 Top view showing the centrally arranged metal tube (1) and the 4 transport eyebolts (12), U-shaped shells (2), overhang (4), counterweight (6) Fig. 3 Front view Fig. 4 Detail enlargement right side with concrete block (3) U-shell (2) rotating metal shaft (5), counterweight (6), metal base frame (10), height-adjustable screw feet (11), locking bolt (13) of concrete block and base frame (10), locking bolt (8) for vertical position Fig. 5 Detail enlargement left side with locking bolt (7) transport eyebolts (12) and connecting bolts (9) concrete block (3) with U-shell (2) Fig. 6 Detail enlargement right side top view: Concrete block (3) Metal pipe (1) U-shaped shell (2) Rotating shaft (5) Counterweight (6) Fastening screws (9) Fig. 7 Detail enlargement left side top view: metal pipe (1), U-shaped shell (2), connecting screws (9), concrete block (3) Fig. 8 Detail Enlargement Section: Concrete block (3) U-shaped shell (2) Metal tube (1) Rotating shaft (5) Connecting screws (9)
[0008] The advantage of this invention is the rapid construction of a barrier which, due to the heavy transportable concrete blocks (3) arranged on both sides, weighing over 2 tons, provides a barrier against unauthorized entry by cars, in order to offer protection against attacks in the case of crowds of people.
