Cleaning system for a paint suction pipe

Abstract

Cleaning system for a paint suction tube, characterized in that: - the suction tube (8.1) is immersed in a cup (3) containing paint (4) and is connected via lines to a pump (2) connected to the suction tube for conveying the paint; and - the suction tube (8.1) has a sealing flange (8.2) on its upper side; - a through-pass (8.4) for connection to the pump (2); and - a through-pass (8.3) for connection to a rinsing assembly (6), through which various rinsing media and compressed air can be supplied to the suction tube and can be conveyed via the pump (2) or the bypass valve (2.3) connected thereto to the atomizer (1) for cleaning; and - during the rinsing process, a surrounding sleeve (9.1) with a sealing flange (9.2) is connected to the sealing flange (8.2) of the suction tube to connect the through-passes (8.3) and (8.4). so that- those on the outside (8.1.1) and the flow on the inside (8.1.2) of the intake pipe cleans and dries the intake pipe of paint residue.
