Abstract

Device for integrating and optimizing energy flows in a building energy system, in particular a QES5CYRCLE system, characterized by: a low-temperature heat storage unit (1), a high-temperature heat pump (2) connected to the heat storage unit (1), a steam generator (7), an ORC system (8) for power generation, wherein the steam generator (7) and the ORC system (8) are connected to the high-temperature heat pump (2), a sorption chiller (6), preferably an absorption chiller, connected to a waste heat output of the ORC system (8), and a control device (5) bidirectionally communicatively coupled with the controls of all the aforementioned components and designed to utilize the thermal energy available in the heat storage unit (1) according to a prioritized, economically optimized scheme.
