Access device for a water basin, wherein the access device (8) is directly adjacent to the water area (2) of the water basin (1), characterized in that the access device (8) comprises an access carousel (9) with a rotatably mounted base plate (10) on which at least one person compartment (13 to 16) separated by partition walls (11, 12) for accommodating a person is located, wherein the person compartment (13 to 16) is radially open to the outside and is partially enclosed by a fixed, encompassing wall, and with a water supply device for filling the person compartment (13 to 16) with water.
