Composition including: a) Prebiotics comprising preferably inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS) up to a maximum of 15 g; b) Probiotics comprising a maximum of 6 billion colony-forming units (CFU); c) Postbiotics comprising a maximum of 1000 million tissue-forming units (FSU); d) Bromelain up to 2 g; e) Papain up to 1.2 g; f) Lipase up to 500 mg; g) Amylase up to 1.5 g; h) Pomegranate extract up to 100 mg; i) L-glutamine up to 12 g; j) Zinc up to 50 mg; and k) Vitamin A up to 3 mg.
