[0016] The present application will be explained in more detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It is understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for the interpretation of the invention in question and do not constitute a limitation of this invention. It should also be noted that, for ease of description, only the parts relevant to the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

[0017] It should be noted that the embodiments and features in the embodiments in the present application can be combined with each other as long as there is no conflict. The present application will be explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and in conjunction with the embodiments. Embodiment 1

[0018] With reference to the Fig. 1-6, this embodiment provides a one-piece blind rivet construction comprising: at least one first connecting element 1, wherein the first connecting element 1 is attached externally to an air pump; and a snap element 2, wherein a plurality of snap elements 2 and an outer side wall of the first connecting element 1 are integrally connected to each other and each made of a rubber material to be snap-connected to a seat frame 4; and at least two of the snap elements 2 are distributed in the circumferential direction of the first connecting element 1.

[0019] Specifically, in this embodiment, three snap elements 2 are provided, two snap elements 2 being arranged in a row in an axial direction of the first connecting element 1, and the other snap element 2 and the two snap elements 2 being arranged on adjacent side walls of the first connecting element 1. The three snap elements 2 and the outer wall of the first connecting element 1 are integrally connected to each other. This integral connection structure makes it possible to reduce the noise generated by relative vibration between the snap elements 2 and the first connecting element 1. The snap element 2 and the first connecting element 1 are made of rubber materials, so that the noise generated by vibration during vibration contact between the two can be further reduced.

[0020] In further embodiments, two or a different number of snap elements 2 may also be provided. If two snap elements 2 are provided, the two snap elements 2 are each arranged on two adjacent side walls of the first connecting element 1. If multiple snap elements 2 are provided, the multiple snap elements 2 are each arranged on two adjacent side walls of the first connecting element 1, with more than one snap element 2 being arranged on each side wall and all snap elements 2 being arranged in a row on each side wall in the axial direction of the first connecting element 1.

[0021] In particular, snap openings are provided on the seat frame 4, each corresponding to a snap element 2, wherein the snap element 2 and the seat frame 4 are snap-connected to one another by the snap element protruding into the snap opening, whereby the first connecting element 1 is fastened to the seat frame 4.

[0022] Functional principle: By attaching the first connecting element 1 to the air pump and providing sufficient support for the air pump using several snap elements 2, the degree of freedom of the air pump is limited, whereby the vibration amplitude of the air pump can be reduced during operation and thus the noise generated when the air pump collides with other structures.

[0023] Furthermore, the one-piece blind rivet construction comprises a plurality of first connecting elements 1, wherein the plurality of first connecting elements 1 are parallel to one another and are connected to one another via a connecting section 15.

[0024] In particular, the one-piece blind rivet construction, as in Fig. 2, two first connecting elements 1, wherein the two first connecting elements 1 are each plugged onto the outside of the air pump, and the air pump is fastened by means of the two first connecting elements 1, so that the air pump is mounted more stably and the possibility of a collision between the air pump and the seat frame 4 is further reduced. The two first connecting elements 1 are connected to one another via a connecting portion 15 arranged at an edge position of the first connecting element 1, wherein the connecting portion 15 is arranged parallel to the axial direction of the first connecting element 1.

[0025] In a preferred embodiment, a snap groove 21 is provided on a side wall of the snap element 2 in its circumferential direction.

[0026] In particular, the snap groove 21 and the snap opening are snap-connected to each other when the snap element 2 projects into the snap opening, so that the robustness of the connection between the first connecting element 1 and the seat frame 4 is improved.

[0027] In a preferred embodiment, the snap element 2 comprises a first limiting portion 211, wherein the first limiting portion 211 is located on a side of the snap groove 21 remote from the first connecting element 1 and the first limiting portion 211 has a conical shape.

[0028] In particular, the size of the first limiting portion 211 at an end remote from the snap groove 21 is smaller than the size at an end near the snap groove 21, and the conical first limiting portion 211 facilitates the penetration of the snap element 2 into the snap opening and thus facilitates the snap connection of the snap groove 21 with the snap opening.

[0029] In a preferred embodiment, the snap element 2 further comprises an extension 22, wherein the extension 22 is located on a side of the first limiting portion 211 remote from the snap groove 21.

[0030] In particular, the extension 22 is arranged coaxially with the first limiting portion 211, wherein an extension direction of the extension 22 runs perpendicular to the side wall of the first connecting element 1 to which the extension is mounted. When connecting the first connecting element 1 to the seat frame 4, the extension 22 is first passed through the snap opening, and by dragging the extension 22, the first limiting portion 211 can be passed through the snap opening, so that the snap groove 21 is snap-connected to the snap opening.

[0031] In a preferred embodiment, the snap element 2 further comprises a second limiting portion 212, wherein the second limiting portion 212 is located on one side of the snap groove 21 near the first connecting element 1, and the second limiting portion 212 has a circular-cylindrical shape.

[0032] Specifically, the second restricting portion 212 is used to separate the first connecting member 1 from the seat frame 4 to prevent the snap groove 21 and the snap opening from separating from each other, on the one hand, and to prevent the air pump from colliding with the seat frame 4 during operation, thereby avoiding generation of noise due to the collision of the first connecting member 1 and the air pump with the seat frame 4 and achieving the purpose of effective noise insulation.

[0033] In a preferred embodiment, several relaxation sections 2111 are distributed in the circumferential direction on the first boundary section 211.

[0034] As in the Fig. 1-3, the relaxation sections 2111 are, in particular, slots provided on a conical surface of the first limiting section 211, so that the arrangement of the relaxation sections 2111 allows the first limiting section 211 to deform upon passing through the snap opening, thereby facilitating the passage of the first limiting section 211 through the snap opening. In further embodiments, no relaxation sections 2111 may be arranged on the first limiting section 211, as in Fig. 4 shown.

[0035] In a preferred embodiment, at least one arcuate projection 13 is provided on the outer side wall of the first connecting element 1.

[0036] In particular, after the blind rivet structure is mounted on the seat frame 4, the arcuate protrusion 13 abuts the seat frame 4, thereby stabilizing the position of the first connecting member 1 and preventing the air pump from impacting the frame when the vehicle is running. At the same time, the arcuate protrusion 13 can deform upon vibration of the air pump during operation, thereby cushioning the first connecting member 1 and further reducing the noise generated by the collision between the first connecting member 1 and the air pump and the seat frame 4. The arcuate protrusion 13 is provided as a hollow structure to reduce vibration transmission.

[0037] In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of first connecting elements 1 are provided, wherein a second connecting element 12 is provided within the first connecting element 1 and is arranged coaxially thereto, wherein an inner wall of the first connecting element 1 is connected to an outer wall of the second connecting element 12 via a connecting block 14, and a first gap is present between the outer wall of the second connecting element 12 and the inner wall of the first connecting element 1.

[0038] In particular, the first connecting element 1 and the second connecting element 12 each have an annular shape, wherein the first connecting element 1 and the second connecting element 12 are connected to one another via several connecting blocks 14 arranged within the first gap. The several connecting blocks 14 are distributed equidistantly within the first gap. The connecting block 14 has a cylindrical shape and is firmly connected at one end to the inner wall of the first connecting element 1 and at the other end to the outer wall of the second connecting element 12. When the air pump vibrates during operation, the damping effect of the second connecting element 12 and the connecting block 14 further prevents the vibration generated by the air pump from being transmitted to the seat frame 4 and causing noise. Embodiment 2

[0039] Based on Embodiment 1, this embodiment provides an air pump assembly comprising a housing 3, an air pump provided within the housing 3, and a one-piece blind rivet construction as in Embodiment 1, wherein the first connecting member 1 and the housing 3 are fitted onto each other.

[0040] Specifically, the connecting block 14 penetrates and is embedded in the housing 3, and the second connecting member 12 is supported within the housing 3 and fitted onto the air pump so that the air pump is suspended within the housing 3 to reduce the contact area between the air pump and the housing 3, thereby reducing vibration transmission between the air pump and the housing 3. The air pump assembly provided by this embodiment can effectively reduce the noise generated during operation of the air pump and thus improve the passenger experience.

[0041] The above description represents only preferred embodiments of the present application and an illustration of the technical principles applied. Those skilled in the art should understand that the scope of the present application is not limited to technical solutions formed by a specific combination of the above-mentioned technical features, but is intended to encompass other technical solutions formed by any combination of the above-mentioned technical features or their equivalents, without departing from the inventive concept.
