Abstract

A conductor terminal (1) with an insulating housing (2) and at least one spring-loaded clamping connection arranged in the insulating housing (2) for clamping an electrical conductor by means of spring force, wherein the spring-loaded clamping connection has at least one busbar (3) and at least one clamping spring (4) which has a clamping leg (43) for clamping the electrical conductor to at least one contact section (31, 32) of the busbar (3), wherein the insulating housing (2) has at least one conductor entry opening (20, 21) through which an electrical conductor can be guided in a conductor entry direction (L1, L2) to a clamping point formed by the clamping leg (43) and the contact section (31, 32) of the busbar (3), characterized in that the busbar (3) has at least one stiffening rib (34) for stiffening the busbar (3) in the conductor entry direction (L1, L2).wherein the longitudinal direction (L) of the at least one stiffening rib (34) runs parallel or at an acute angle to the conductor entry direction (L1, L2).
