Abstract

A conductor terminal (1) with an insulating housing (2) and at least one spring-loaded clamping connection (9) arranged in the insulating housing (2) for clamping an electrical conductor by means of spring force, wherein the spring-loaded clamping connection (9) has at least one busbar (3) and at least one clamping spring (4) which has a clamping leg (43) for clamping the electrical conductor to at least one contact section (30) of the busbar (3), wherein the insulating housing (2) has at least one conductor entry opening (20) through which an electrical conductor can be guided in a conductor entry direction (L) to a clamping point formed by the clamping leg (43) and the contact section (30) of the busbar (3), wherein the conductor terminal (1) has a manual actuating element (6) in the form of a sliding actuating push button or actuating slider,by means of a sliding movement of the actuating element (6) relative to the insulating housing (2) during manual actuation, the clamping leg (43) can be moved into an open position, wherein the actuating element (6) can be locked onto at least one component of the conductor terminal (1) when the open position is reached, wherein in the locked position of the actuating element (6) the clamping leg (43) is held in the open position by the actuating element (6), characterized in that the actuating element (6) is guided at least during the sliding movement by means of at least one guide pin (62) which is guided in a guide groove (25) extending at least predominantly in the sliding direction (V) of the actuating element (6).
