Abstract
A conductor terminal (1) for connecting at least one cable (9) provided with an insulating sheath (91), in which at least one electrical conductor (90) is arranged within the insulating sheath (91), wherein the conductor terminal (1) has an insulation displacement contact (4) for each electrical conductor (90) to be connected, to which an electrical conductor (90) of the cable (9) can be connected without prior stripping by means of an insulation displacement process, wherein the conductor terminal (1) has at least one sleeve-shaped conductor receiving body (5) which has a conductor entry opening (50) for inserting the cable (9) and which is movably mounted relative to the insulation displacement contact (4) and from a conductor receiving position in which the unstripped cable (9) can be inserted into the conductor receiving body (5) in a conductor entry direction (L), to a clamping position,in which the at least one electrical conductor (90) of the cable (9) is connected to the insulation displacement connection (4) by moving the conductor receiving body (5), characterized in that the at least one insulation displacement contact (4) is designed as a one-piece assembly, which has two opposing cutting edges (41), between which a cutting gap (42) is formed in which the electrical conductor (90) can be clamped, and a busbar section (30) which is formed as a flat plate.
