Abstract

Lighting mounting rail system (S), comprising: • an elongated profile body (1) extending along a first longitudinal axis (X) with a defined first cross-section (Q1) over a first length L1 between two end-face openings (12, 13) and defining a first receiving space (10), wherein the profile body (1) defines an elongated passage opening (11), • at least one elongated support profile (2) extending along a second longitudinal axis (Y) with a defined second cross-section (Q2) and defining a second receiving space (20), wherein the support profile (2) defines an elongated first receiving opening (21) for at least partially receiving lighting components (6) in the second receiving space (20), • at least one support profile section (3) extending along a third longitudinal axis (Z) with a defined third cross-section (Q3) over a second length L2, which is shorter than the first length L1,wherein the third cross-section (Q3) is essentially identical to the second cross-section (Q2), and wherein the support profile section (3) defines a third receiving space (30), wherein the support profile section (3) defines a second receiving opening (31) for at least partially receiving luminaire components (6) in the third receiving space (30), wherein the support profile (2) can be arranged axially through one (12) of the end-face openings (12, 13) at least with an insertion end section (22) in such a way as to receive the support profile (2) at least partially in the first receiving space (10) of the profile body (1) radially in a form-fitting manner with respect to the first longitudinal axis (X), and wherein the support profile section (3) can be passed axially through one (12) or the other (13) of the end-face openings (12, 13) in such a way asto receive the support profile section (3) in the first receiving space (10) of the profile body (1) radially in a form-fitting manner with respect to the first longitudinal axis (X).
