Squeeze roller

Abstract

Squeezing roller (100) comprising: - a tubular rotatable roller shell (110); - a fixed support (120) arranged in the roller shell (110) and extending in the longitudinal direction (L) of the roller shell, on which the roller shell (110) is rotatably mounted; and - at least one support element (130) arranged between the carrier (120) and the roller shell (110) and supported on the carrier (120), wherein a piston-cylinder unit (131) with a pressure chamber (133) for a pressure medium (20) and with a piston (135) is formed in the support element (130), and wherein the support element (130) has a pressure stamp (137) which is mounted on the side of the piston (135) facing away from the pressure chamber (133), and wherein the piston (135) is hydraulically adjustable with the aid of the pressure medium (20) in order to exert a pressure force F with the aid of the pressure stamp on the inside of the roller shell (110); characterized in that the piston (135) is designed as a sealing element for sealing the pressure chamber (133); and that the pressure stamp (137) is designed as a rolling bearing with at least one rotatable bearing roller (139) for rolling on the inside of the rotatable roller shell (110).
