Abstract
A particle transferring a target gene for effective activation, comprising a particle body 1 in the form of a sphere, characterized in that the particle body 1 comprises a hollow particle casing 1 and an inner core 5 located within a casing chamber of the particle casing 1; that the particle casing 1 comprises, from the outside inwards, in the following order: an outer layer 2, a membrane fusion and endosome escape layer 3 and a nucleus-targeting enhancement layer 4.
