Extendable spare wheel carrier for caravans with roller system

Abstract

Spare wheel carrier for mounting under the chassis of a caravan, characterized by: • a swiveling hook mechanism on a first side for attachment to the chassis, • an extendable support system with two rollers on a second side, • an ergonomic handle on the second side, • a screw fastening with a long handle for controlled lowering and raising of the carrier, • a locking pin for additional fixing during travel, wherein the carrier is folded up and fixed in the stowed state by means of the screw fastening, so that the spare wheel hangs freely under the caravan, and wherein when the fastening is released the carrier can be lowered on the rollers and, after unhooking the hook mechanism, can be rolled out from under the caravan.
