Abstract
A computer-implemented construction management system for the construction industry, comprising a construction management module with coordinate-based plan marking, designed to manage digital construction plans and locate construction project entities (defects, tasks) on the plans using percentage x / y coordinates, wherein the construction management module includes: - a plan marking system where markers are stored as percentage x / y coordinates (0-100%) relative to the plan image size, ensuring consistent marker positions regardless of image resolution and display size, with each marker associated with exactly one defect or task and supporting at least four marker types (pin, rectangle, polygon, circle); - a granular authorization system with at least 11 individually configurable access rights per project member; - an audit trail system with a complete change history including old and new values for all entities.
