Abstract

A knock-off device for a slide hammer for repairing dents, comprising a stop body (2) and a compression chamber of the spring (4) for receiving a spring (7), wherein the compression chamber (4) is limited in the axial direction such that the spring (7) is compressible under an impact load, but is not compressible to the point of complete compression where the spring coils are in contact with each other.
