Modular base system for the visually integrated, reversible mounting and multifunctional use of miniature bases

Abstract

(Geometry & System): Device for presenting miniatures, comprising: a) a base body having a laterally open recess (U-shape, C-shape or similar geometry following the base contour) for horizontally receiving a miniature base of any basic contour and dimension, b) a locking segment which can be positively inserted into the lateral recess of the base body, characterized in that the locking segment and the base body, when assembled, form a substantially closed inner contour which encloses and secures the edge of the miniature base, wherein the outer contours of the base body and locking segment form a common, optically closed surface of the base, wherein the fixing is reversible in order to be able to remove the miniature for use in the game and subsequently integrate it back into the base, regardless of the chosen geometry and scaling of the device.
