Color-coded parking guidance system with integrated timekeeping, access control and billing system

Abstract

A color-coded parking guidance system with integrated time measurement, access control and billing system, wherein each parking space is equipped with a color-coded light, a presence sensor triggers the activation of the system when a vehicle enters, a local time measurement module autonomously records the parking duration and simultaneously transmits the recorded parking time to a payment terminal, a color-coded parking card is uniquely assigned to the parking space, the payment terminal recognizes the color coding or a security code of the parking card and calculates the parking fee, a navigation panel shows the user the way to the parking space and an exit terminal checks the payment and releases a barrier.
