Abstract

An unmanned aerial vehicle (1) comprising at least two elongated arms (20) and a central connecting element (10), wherein each arm (20) is formed from a single bent metal sheet and extends between two opposite distal ends, each distal end having a motor mount (30) for receiving a motor (31) and a propeller (32), characterized in that each arm (20) comprises, along at least a portion of its length, at least one longitudinal flange (21) formed by bending the sheet out of a plane of the arm, and at least one locking slot (23) extending into the sheet, wherein the at least two arms (20) intersect at their respective locking slots (23) at an angle, and wherein the central connecting element (10) engages in the locking area on an outer surface of the longitudinal flanges (21) of the arms (20) and is secured to the arms (20) by fastening means (50).which holds the arms (20) in a fixed angular orientation relative to each other.
