Height-adjustable bra strap system comprising two straps extending directly from the bra cups and directed vertically downwards, which are provided with fastening elements at their lower end and are designed for detachable connection with a lower garment such as trousers, skirt or underwear, wherein the length of the straps is adjustable by means of a length adjuster, so that the vertical pulling force creates a lifting effect on the bra cups without the need for shoulder support.
