Abstract

Hand drill (10), characterized by: a handle (20); a safety device (30) with a processor (31) and a sensor (32) electrically connected to the processor (31) to detect angular deviations in three axes of the hand drill (10) and to transmit data on the detected angular deviations to the processor (31); a power supply (40) electrically connected to the processor (31) to supply it with power; a motor (50) electrically connected to the processor (31) to receive the power supplied by the power supply (40); and a drill bit assembly (60) driven by the motor (50) to rotate; wherein the power supplied to the motor (50) is interrupted by the processor (31) when the angular deviation data indicate that the sum of the angular deviations in the three axes of the hand drill (10) within a predetermined period is greater than a predetermined threshold.
