Abstract

A system for integrating complaint data into the design and manufacture of Class IIb medical devices, consisting of: a complaint data capture module configured to receive complaint information from one or more sources, including customer feedback systems, distributor reports, service records, and regulatory submissions; a data processing and classification engine configured to standardize, categorize, and assign complaint information to predefined device components, failure modes, severity levels, and production batches; a centralized database configured to store the processed complaint data with traceability identifiers and audit trails; and an analytics module configured to perform trend analyses, risk assessments, and correlations of complaint data with design and manufacturing parameters.a risk management interface configured to update risk control documentation based on predefined analytical thresholds; and a corrective and preventive action (CAPA) module configured to initiate, track, and document corrective actions related to validated complaint outcomes; the system establishing a closed feedback mechanism between post-market complaint data and design control and manufacturing systems to enable continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
