An ultrasonic roll welding device comprising: a movable welding platform that is movable along a conveying direction and serves to receive at least one battery cell with at least one terminal; and a roll welding wheel assembly that is arranged above the welding platform and can move vertically relative to the welding platform and the battery cell, and comprises: an ultrasonic vibrating assembly; a roll welding wheel connected to the ultrasonic vibrating assembly such that the roll welding wheel generates ultrasonic vibrations and rolls to press an overlap area of ​​an electrically conductive contact terminal and the terminal terminal to connect the terminal terminal to the electrically conductive contact terminal; a pressure wheel arranged adjacent to the roll welding wheel to smooth a connection point between the terminal terminal and the electrically conductive contact terminal;and a drive unit that is simultaneously connected to the rolling welding wheel and the pressure wheel, so that the rolling welding wheel and the pressure wheel rotate synchronously at a tangential speed.
