Abstract

Corner drive (10) for a sash (2) with an interlocking profile groove (15) of a window or door (1), with an angled mullion rail (21) forming a horizontal arm (22) and a vertical arm (23), wherein the corner drive (10) comprises two push rods (24) and a flexible deflection element (25) connecting the push rods (24), wherein the deflection element (25) consists of flexible bands (26) guided in a channel (27) with a cross-section C-shaped, wherein the C-shaped channel (27) forms a corner drive housing (28) and subsequently a channel extension (29, 29') at which the push rods (24) connect with the deflection element (25) to form a component, wherein the push rods (24) have a connecting piece (31) at their respective free ends for motion-transmitting coupling with the form the actuating mechanism (8) associated components,wherein the corner drive (10) has a first plastic housing element (20) for attachment to the sash (3), characterized in that the first plastic housing element (20) can be moved from a loose position to a mounted position by a relative movement in the direction of its longitudinal axis and to an angled corner (32) of the corner drive (10), wherein a recess (33) of the plastic housing element (20) which is closed in cross-section all around receives an arm (22) of the strike plate rail (21), the C-shaped channel (27), a push rod (24) and a part of a corner drive housing (28) of the functional corner drive (10).
