Abstract

Sorting device (100) for silicone oil-impregnated, round molded parts (1) made of silicone, in particular cable sealing elements, comprising at least: - a singulation device (30) for the sequential transfer of the molded parts (1) to at least one conveyor belt (40, 40'); - an inspection unit (50) with at least one electronic camera (51, 52) directed towards the conveyor belt (40, 40') and an evaluation unit (54) for tracking one or more quality characteristics on the basis of at least one electronic camera image; - a separation device controllable by the evaluation unit (54) for separating the inspected molded parts (1) lying on the conveyor belt (40, 40') into at least two fractions;wherein the singulation device (30) comprises a sorting bowl (31) designed as a vibrating spiral conveyor with at least one spiral web (32) rising on the inner circumference and a rotary-driven brush roller (33) is arranged between an outlet section of the sorting bowl (31) and the conveyor belt (40, 40').
