A blockchain-secured, AI-powered digital twin system for personalized mental health monitoring and therapy, consisting of: a multimodal data collection module configured to continuously collect behavioral and physiological data from a user, where the behavioral and physiological data include heart rate variability, sleep patterns, activity patterns, smartphone usage patterns, self-reported mood records, and clinical assessment data; a digital twin creation module operationally connected to the multimodal data collection module and configured to create and dynamically update a digital twin representation of the user's cognitive and emotional state based on the behavioral and physiological data;an AI analytics engine connected to the digital twin creation module, configured to analyze the digital twin representation to detect deviations from baseline patterns, predict mental health risks such as depression, anxiety attacks, and cognitive decline, and simulate therapeutic scenarios to generate personalized therapy recommendations; a blockchain module connected to the AI ​​analytics engine, configured to record and store all updates, predictions, and therapeutic interventions of the digital twin in a blockchain ledger, ensuring immutable and privacy-compliant storage of mental health data and guaranteeing transparency and traceability of all data transactions and access events;and a therapy optimization module connected to the AI ​​analysis engine and configured to provide therapeutic interventions via a user interface based on personalized therapy recommendations, including cognitive behavioral therapy sessions, mindfulness exercises, and medication recommendations.
