Abstract

A system for multi-perspective, hierarchical analysis and summarization of software codebases, comprising: a unified data acquisition layer configured to capture static code artifacts, dynamic execution data, and contextual metadata from one or more heterogeneous software environments; a multi-perspective analysis engine configured to simultaneously perform structural analysis for code element extraction, semantic analysis for understanding meaning and developer intent, behavioral analysis for identifying runtime execution patterns, and relational analysis for determining dependencies between software components;a graph intelligence module configured to combine the outputs of the multi-perspective analysis engine into a multidimensional knowledge graph, where nodes represent code entities and edges represent relationships of various types, including structural, semantic, behavioral, and dependency relationships; a hierarchical inference engine configured to iteratively traverse and compress the multidimensional knowledge graph to produce multi-layered abstractions representing different levels of granularity; a context-aware summarization module configured to generate natural language summaries from the multi-layered abstractions based on inferred context, user intent, and perspective weighting;and an adaptive delivery interface configured to present dynamically adapted summaries by selectively filtering and prioritizing perspectives based on user roles, queries, and interaction history.
